We came here on a Sunday. Google maps says the place closes at 4pm. We get there at 240 and they apparently close at 3. So after being told it was no problem to make sandwiches that weren’t on the grill, we got a buffalo bill and Mikey g. Both sandwiches are listed that they come with lettuce and tomato but, didn’t receive it on either sandwich. The Mikey g didn’t come with bacon and the buffalo bill didn’t come with blue cheese as advertised. So we basically got bread with cold cuts and chicken cutlets, for $20. Waste of money. On top of all of this, the woman behind the counter refused to take any phone calls after 245pm, leading to the phone constantly ringing. She also used the carver to make my sandwich, which she of course had to openly express loudly that it was a problem because she had “just cleaned it”. If it’s a problem, why not tell the customer? We would have gladly went somewhere else and spent $20 to get sandwiches that actually contained what they advertised.

Place is exceptionally clean, food is delicious, sandwiches done right, you won’t open up a sandwich and say “where’s the meat”, great hot food steam table, food choices change daily 2 thumbs up for every visit I’ve had with them, same goes for their breakfast sandwichs

Family ran in Islip for over 15 years! Been going to Grilli’s since we moved here in 2014 and I have to say you won’t meet a harder working family. The food is great and the service is professional.
