First time eating here and it was really good. I had their cowboy sliders and my friend had a burger and fries. Also happened to catch a comedy show which was entertaining (PX was punny). Will come back again for sure, great atmosphere and service.

First time here! Very spacious and lots of seating. Good selection of food and beer friendly service. I had the tri tip sandwich it was pretty good. I have had better but I won’t judge too much since it’s the first thing I’ve tried so far. I will probably come back another time to try other options.

Great experience! Absolutely love the waitress with the long blond hair, she is the number one waitress there! And I’m so sorry I forgot your name! Next time I going I will get it and I will never forget it and I’ll update this post!

The food is generally good (I especially love their chili), they have a good selection of beers and ciders (both local and not local), and the staff is pretty good. The ambience is pretty basic, which is fine, but that’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Had the Pulled Pork Tachos. Pork was cooked perfectly, the BBQ sauce sweet and tangy, the beer cheese sauce a perfect compliment to the pork, topping a large pile of crispy, golden tator tots. My mouth waters now just thinking about it. Our waitress was exceptional, she more than earned the 25% tip. A band was playing, the place was packed with members of Tophatters Motorcycle Club, and it was a great time. We go there a lot, and this just guaranteed we’ll keep going back.

The waiter started off friendly (the one that resembles brad paisley) but didn’t check on us after we got our food, no offer for refills on the sodas, the fires were mostly burnt, we were over charged for extra toppings on the pizza that seemed less than even a regular amount of toppings. I had to ask for my box and the check and he didn’t wish me a good day because I didn’t tip. He earned his $0 tips. They were not understaffed and the older blonde waitress was not inviting and talked to us like we were lost. I do not recommend this place at all. First time there and the first impression was lousy!

3 stars because the food was pretty good. Service on the other hand… was there 5/6 weeks ago on Wednesday night (live band night). 3 people working as far as I could tell. One woman behind the bar, one woman server and one male server. The woman server was hustling and checking on all her tables. The male server (ours) was failing miserably. He kept stopping by a table of mid-aged ladies and flirting. I literally sat there and watched him lean on the table, laugh, flirt while waiting for him to come over. He forgot our drinks, forgot to come back and check. He never even brought our check even though he took our plates. I timed it, and we sat there for 20mins before deciding to go to the register and say I’d like to pay.

They have a great beer menu. Its expansive and they have knowledgable staff to match. Isabel was our waitress and is amazing at getting what type of beer you like. Her recommendation was perfect for what I like in beer. She was also super friendly. If you go there you should ask for her. We are intending to go back because of the beer experience she provided us.

I enjoyed myself quite a bit I was there for the first time and they had live music that DJ he played My Latin music and also the food was great not to mention they also teach you how to dance Latin music and if that doesn’t do it I’ll be happy to teach you myself my name is Mario and I love dancing dancing this place is big enough to enjoy yourself nice dark room away from the restaurant kind of reminds me of Texas they have places like this also in the southern part like McAllen and I really suggest you go to this place in Hollister get there early if you need to learn how to dance like 7:30 to 8:30 hopefully it’ll start the music at 8:30 for dancing not 9:00 like last time I rather dance with the lights off I guess you could say I’m part of vampire this place is open for mother’s Day and make sure you think your mother over there dancing I’m not exactly a young puppy but I feel like I am when I’m out there dancing I’m sure you’ll see me I’m the one that’s probably dancing with most of the ladies out there I wish I could find one that I could lift up in the sky like I used to 4 years ago but for that you’d have to be around 120 or less so if you fit that description I myself I am over 70 barely but we would think I’m around 50 enjoy yourself tonight for mother’s Day bye
