Very very disappointed with the wrap I ordered today. The description on the menu is not what they gave me. Southwest turkey wrap says it come in sun dried tomato tortilla nope I got regular old burrito tortilla! It says it come with bacon I got no bacon!! It says it comes with a pickle spear no pickle!!! I called to ask about this. I was told that she does not know why it is described that way and she has nothing to do with that!!!! Interesting, I have loved grillers and have been a customer since they opened. So sad that the quality has gone down!!!!! If you are not going to give customers what you are describing on your menu than at the very least lower your prices!!!! I dis not get what I paid for today!!!!!!! Maybe that’s why it is so empty lately.

I have yet to have a terrible experience here . I mostly order in , or go in and place my order to go . I haven’t had anything to complain about . They make my food the way I ask, which is very much appreciated. I usually get the chicken Alfredo pasta which is my fave . I’ve only really waited long when I’m doing door dash and they’re busy during lunch . In My own personal experience I’ve never had to wait long then 30 minutes to be delivered. It’s a good recommendation for a fast, quick, good lunch.

Horrible customer service. I went at 8:15 and they close at 9pm. They refused to offer me to seat to dine in. Even though some others were eating inside the restaurant! With customers inside, they started to close out the tables and chairs which seems an insult to the customers and a big mess.

The food was amazing, fresh, and very inexpensive, especially for how generous the portions are. Three people in my family had the fettuccine Alfredo, and it was our first time eating such a filling amount of creamy pasta and still feeling great afterwards, because of how fresh the ingredients are. This was the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had without spending at least double the money I spent here, and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
