They make their own bread and it’s wonderful! I’d come back for the bread! Traveling thru and we wanted some veggie choices so we came here! Very good tastes! Would come here again. Great home made Mediterranean food and pleasant atmosphere. We had great service throughout our meal.

My friend and I went recently for an early dinner. I hadn’t been back in a few years but was so glad I tried it. The foot was delicious. We got the sample appetizer platter and two entrees. The service was great , the bread fresh and warm and a great meal. We will definitely go back.

Everything was very delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful. The owner, Mr. Ugur, and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. I think it’s a place worth visiting again, even just for Mr. Ugur’s hospitality.

So I know for most, it depends. But for me; simply an amazing experience. At first, I had doubt because I often visit mediterranean restaurants over in Paterson NJ, and consider them to be the best. This is with proof. But the food here was really tasty and the freshness was noticed. The staff members here are TOP and very friendly. In fact, I noticed one thing in this restaurant which I thought was highly welcomed and thats that after I was done eating, I was not given the bill immidietely. Had I not asked for the bill, i may have stayed till closing. This is excellent! It gave me the chance to have table talk with my family and not feel like I was being rushed out. The prices are a bit high, but expected as the food was good. The ambiance was nice and relaxed. Btw, the restauraunt is kept really clean and organized. Points for that! I will return soon.

Decent middle eastern food. BYOB

Favorite Dishes : Bread basket, fried calamari and Grilleria combination platter.

Least Favorite : Mixed Appetizer Platter : it was not fresh. You can taste that they did not make their dips that same day. It lacked freshness and seasoning.

Very happy that we could discoverer this authentic Turkish place located in my area and not too from my house! We love Mediterranean food and atmosphere and always happy to explore new places around or where ever we go .

First when we came in I was lil bit surprised that we’re not too crowded and the place was not too busy. Maybe because it was a Sunday. We ordered some appetizers, they came fast enough and were delicious! My husband found one of them ( fried liver) not salty enough though which was absolutely fine for me !
Then we had a combination platter kebab which was absolutely delicious. It’s a big portion and definitely enough for 2 people! It has a mix of different types of kebabs which gives you the option to try more ! All meets were juicy , perfectly cooked and spiced! Rice was very tasty and not sticky at all !

Since the appetizers and main course were good we decided to order dessert!
Usually I only do that when I really really enjoyed all the rounds of food before!
That was that case sure. Baklava with a Turkish tea were delicious as well! I loved that were 4 pieces in portion which is perfect for sharing for 2 people! Because usually we fight for dessert if it’s good enough lol.

One more big plus about this place that it’s BYOL !

Can’t wait to stop again and try more deliciouses!

We LOVE this place. The food is always so fresh and delicious. It’s not fast, but it’s so incredibly worth it. Make sure to try the baba ganoush- it’s truly the best I’ve ever had – somehow it’s smoky and creamy and bright and refreshing all at once. The fresh bread served with it is baked in house.

They also have amazing lunch specials that are an incredible value – currently about $13 and change (September 2022). Best deal in town!

What a great experience, and a place that I wish we tried much sooner.

Really cute atmosphere, dimly lit and warm, with enough space for a casual and intimate dinner. This place is putting out some of the best Turkish/Mediterranean food we’ve had in NJ, with the Shepherds Salad being bright and fresh; Babaganoush was clean, simple, and super crushable (especially with some herb oil drizzled on top)… and the bread service alone was legit: Super warm, and perfect for sopping up anything on your plate.

We tried the branzino and lamb chop/chicken shish combo plate. I may have over indulged by ordering a side of their house “gyro” meat… but was certainly not disappointed with the cook and flavor of anything we had. The combo plate was the star of the night, but would gladly order all of it again.

We had just enough room for an order or baklava… and seriously considered getting another one to go. Passed on that idea knowing we will happily be back.

Great service, BYOB, reasonable prices, and delicious food. No notes.

We went there for our wedding anniversary dinner. Reasonable price and good portion. According to Google map, their busiest time is 7pm, so I made reservation for 6:30pm. There were only 2 other tables there so we got to pick the front window table.

Not really recommend the veal liver hot appetizer. I think it was a bit over fried and not much taste. I was expecting maybe pan fried slices, but they were like deep fried nuggets. We needed to ask for some yogurt sauce and added a little salt to them. Very hot fresh bread and they served with both olive oil and butter. I ordered the grilled lamb chop and my wife had the lamb shish, both came out perfectly as we ordered, medium. The parties started showing up just when we were finishing our dinner.

I would recommend this place. It’s some distance away from the main restaurant area, so it’s kind of cozy and we loved it. Will definitely go back again.
