Been coming out to the Food Factory on and off since the place opened. It was very shoddy at first, but it has since grown into a real sight to behold. The main hub/bar area is absolutely beautiful, has insanely comfy chairs, and has enough TVs hung up to really keep you there all day and night long.
Ambiance of Grilled Cheezus itself, I might never know, because you can order food right from the Toast app in the comfort of the bar, and the servers bring the food right to you! It’s literally the epitome of convenience, and it made me so happy.
The food itself was very fun and very scrumptious. I had the Brie-yonce (Brioche, Brie, White Cheddar, Ham, White Truffle Honey). Every element was necessary and delicious. All of it crammed into that brioche that was pressed to perfection in a waffle maker. I took it, dipped it in the included cup of tomato soup, and was in heaven.

By far some of the best grilled cheeses out there!! The tomato soup that comes with each grilled cheese is to die for! We really like the variety and flavors they have for each sandwich. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is great. Definitely a favorite spot!

Everyone should try this. The food looks and tastes delicious, and the people working there are super nice. I’ve never left a review before but I truly felt this place deserves more recognition. I had one of their breakfast grilled cheeses with ribeye and it was fantastic, but the true hero of this meal was the tomato bisque soup that comes with it for dipping or eating by itself. Best I’ve ever had.

Walking in, I liked the setup. Clean and visible, with a self-help order kiosk. After ordering, I was told the order may run 10 minutes late, as the cook was away for a pickup. 45 minutes later, I went to see why I had not received a text message. The cook had returned and made my sandwiches, but forgot to send an sms. They had been on the grill for (at least) 15 minutes. What MAY have been a wonderful take on the grilled cheese was overly dry and somewhat decent. Might be great, but they have to execute better.

Great place for grilled cheese! They have many options to choose from. We tried the Devil Wears Ciabatta and Mother Clucker and both were great. Definitely give them a try if you’re in the mood for grilled cheese!

If you’re looking for a good ol’ fashioned grilled cheese with the BEST tomato soup you’ve ever tasted. Come to THIS Grilled Cheezus. I have never been a tomato soup fan, it’s never tasted right to me but as an Italian my god this place got it right. Tastes super authentic, not too salty and not too sweet. My favorite grilled cheese here has to be the Mac and Cheesus, most delicious thing I have ever tasted with Mac and cheese and hot Cheetos stuffed in a crisp Brioche bun. Guy upfront is super friendly and knows just how to make a delicious meal, give this place some love cause I’ve been waiting for a Grilled Cheezus to set up close to where I live!!!

Check# (26). The sandwiches were great. I picked the Pick 4. I would say that gentleman there was little condescending. I was asking what types of breads I can choose and he said that the descriptions were literally on the manu boards; I get that but I was asking because I saw pictures of breads that seem pressed with a waffle presser. I didn’t know if the buns were waffle mix or just sliced bread pressed. I’d never been there prior. When submitting the order through the Toast Kiosk I selected “Take Out” again the gentleman seem to have an issue witht that which I was confused with that. I didn’t want to eat there, I just wanted to take it home. I told him I selected the “Take Out” option. I work in the restaurant industry currently and I configure Kiosk devices for Dining Services. So I’m not completely ignorant regarding the restaurant industry. I hope the gentleman has better day. I understand that things happen in life, I didn’t take it personal otherwise I could’ve made it a big deal but I chose to remain diplomatic since the restaurant industry could be very stressful and it’s not an easy industry. I get it. He did a great job with making the sandwiches; they were excellent indeed. Trust me intention is to never give anyone restaurant service staff since I know what it takes to run one. I wish this place the best of luck !
