Order the beee cheese burger medium and it came out well done. I dont like the fact that people can walk through the outdoor patio. Burger was not as I expected it to be. Lacks flavor. The plating is appealing but the taste is not so good. The burger should taste as good as it looks. I give it 1 star because burger king has better burgers. Need to step their game up for sure. Place looks to good to have lackluster burgers.

Burgers so delicious! I love ordering the buffalo patty for mine. I love the “build your own burger” option on the menu, and typically go that route. The parmesan truffle fries with the sauce is delicious too!

Overall-ok. Burger was better than your standard fast food place but it wasn’t something that stands out either. Had the smash it burger, if you’re not big on cheese then get it on the side because it’s all over the inside of the burger. For the side I had the haystack onions, also just ok, and they do charge you extra for sides, thinking I should’ve gotten the fries instead. As far as drinks-don’t even bother with the mixed drinks, they are very sweet and barely have any alcohol, so unless you like super weak drinks, just stick to beer and wine. Wait times wasn’t long at all but I sat at the bar so I can’t say how it is at an actual table. Bartender was really nice.

Grill Marks is the best place to get a over-the-top milkshake in the upstate. Although it costs a bit more than your typical restaurant…. it’s worth every penny. The staff at the Haywood location are always excellent and make the experience awesome. I love coming here!

Love having a pre shopping cocktail! Overall, good food in an upbeat fun atmosphere. Wasn’t impressed with the food this last visit, but all the other times have been good. The bar staff could be a little friendlier though.

Eating here was an amazing experience! The food was really good. The sweet tea was the best I’ve ever had anywhere!!! The desert was ridiculously good! Our waiter was sweet and very helpful. Definitely try this place!

We came here for the 2022 Restaurant Week. For $35, you get three appetizers, two burgers, and a milkshake. It was a steal. The appetizers were so much that we brought some home. The Trifecta of appetizers were truffle fries, fried pickles, and onion rings. For burgers, we both got the BCB burger and they were probably the best traditional burger I’ve tasted. It was juicy and flavorful. The milkshake unfortunately was a downer in our visit. Hence why this review was a four star. It wasn’t even a milkshake but rather a cup of milk. The shake was sooo melted that it was pure liquid and no ice! But other than the shake, everything was great!

It’s very clean. The restrooms were very clean also. It’s a burgers joint but really good burgers. I did the sliders. Very tasty. Had the truffle fries, normally don’t eat fries, they were good as well. The gentleman working the bar was very professional and friendly.

The thin french fries were crispy and hot when served. The burger was warm and cooked to order just fine. However, the burger had no flavor to it whatsoever. The milkshake was good and enjoyable. If the burgers were to get some flavor I would rate it 5 stars.

Had our first meal here Thanks to a gift card. We still choose to sit outside just in case someone isn’t as healthy as they think they are sitting nearby. Happy they have this option for their customers.
I had the “Firehouse” burger with a side order of skinny fries, an excellent choice if you enjoy a delicious, thick burger full of flavor. The grilled sliced jalapeno peppers & onions gave the burger a slight kick that was perfect.
My wife enjoyed her “swimming upstream” grilled salmon sandwich with the chipotle ketchup sauce on Brioche bun. A meal she had never tried & wanted another one to go.
I’d have given 5 stars but the darn cooks can’t read over there. I ordered my burger without ketchup & got it anyway. Not the helpful waiters fault, he could write “no ketchup”!
