This place is underrated. Good deal for the money. Big platter of food. Very delicious! Only complaint is the soda machine is always out of sodas.

Nothing has changed. The food is great. I enjoy coming to this Grill Kabob. This restaurant is located in Herndon, VA, off of Elden Street. The owner is always attentive and friendly, so welcoming that you’d think you’ve known each other for years. When I visit this restaurant, I usually order the Kobeeda Chicken combo platter. It’s one of their signature dishes. The portions or platter is enough for two people easily, and the two different rice combinations are a great tasting variety in this platter. The food is cooked over a flaming grill, slowly and meticulously, and it’s fun to watch them prepare this great tasting combo platter. However, if you want to tantalize your taste buds; ask for the spicy sauce, I think it’s for the pita bread for dipping. Yet, admittedly, it adds so much flavor to the meats (that is) if you let it soak in a little. But that’s just my humble opinion. Like I said, the pita bread that is oven baked and so soft that I use it to dip into the spicy sauce as well. The pita bread compliments the meal. I can’t imagine anyone nor enjoy this particular dish. Again, if you have a hankering for Mediterranean food, definitely visit Grill Kabob because you won’t be disappointed.

There is a Grill Kabob in Reston/Plaza America, or Reston Kabob on Sunrise Valley, both have way better service and food! They also do not make you pay an extra dollar for the small sauce cups! The hours are not true at this location. If you call after 8pm, they tell you it’s closed! I prefer good customer service with my meal, so I will travel a short distance to Reston!

Grill Kabob in Herndon exceeded my expectations with its delicious offerings. The beef and chicken were incredibly fresh and juicy, leaving my taste buds satisfied. The rice was a standout, bursting with amazing flavors, and the crispy bread was a delightful accompaniment. The assorted dips provided a flickering burst of taste, enhancing the overall experience. If you’re in Herndon and craving delectable kabobs, Grill Kabob is a must-visit!

This used to be one of my favorite places. I even drove all the way from Warrenton just to eat here today. Unfortunately, the store wasn’t open on time and the signs were off. I knocked on the door twice because I saw someone sitting inside. When I finally placed my order, I tried to have a friendly conversation with the person working—possibly the owner or a relative—but he was very disrespectful and strange. He had a hard time understanding me, so I politely asked if he spoke another language, since I speak four myself and was trying to make communication easier. Instead, he was rude and unwelcoming. Sadly, I won’t be coming back again.

This was our first experience with this restaurant. Excellent, excellent kebabs. We got the gyro platter and chicken kebabs. So, so good. I can’t wait to try other items. Great seasoning, meat was perfect. Ordered online in advance for pick up (we were out running errands). Food was ready in about 10 minutes. The kebab was still on the grill. So fresh. We definitely recommend!

Bought a combo Lamb and Chicken platter; the chicken was good but the Lamb was really dry and disappointing. Both the white and flvored rice was inedible…very disappointing. I’ve been going to Grill Kabob for years and do not plan on going back.

The flavors of the chicken kabob wrap I had are insanely delicious, better than any other in the area I have tried (especially with the tazaki)…the woman who was cooking knows what’s up!!

I got a chicken kabob today and it was raw, but the worse part of this experience was the attitude that the workers were showing me, as if was my fault that they didn’t cook the food enough, they were so disrespectful when I went after work to return the full plate of raw food, the lady slammed the food on the counter top and turned around and left and didn’t even say they were sorry or even a goodbye. Worse costumer service, never coming back again.

Updated 4/21: I haven’t eaten here in a long time. I ordered my usual, kubeeda and chicken combo. I just love the rice and the chicken is always cooked to perfection… Juicy, not dried. The Kubeeda is pretty good, but I like one Grill Kabob’s at Dulles Shopping Mall better. This one is missing the cilantro and the texture is similar to the gyro meat instead of ground beef like texture. The employees are always appreciative when I tipped. Please don’t forget to tip, especially with Covid has significantly impacting so many smaller businesses.
My favorite kabob restaurant. The employees there are reserved and responsive and attentive. There is a tip jar by the register, and they always thank me no matter how much I put in the tip jar. Once after I ordered carryout, he suggested that I can order ahead so that I wouldn’t have to wait for the food. He gave me their business card with their menu printed on the other side… So convenient. Today I tried ordering ahead and indeed it is so easy. The food was ready when I got there. I wanted double chicken which was not on the menu, and he was able to accommodate me. Double chicken is $16.49. I love their hot sauce and their white sauce has the perfect consistency. Their food is consistently delicious. Today I noticed their curry chicken dish on the menu. I was curious and asked for f I could see how the curry chicken looks. He gave me a sample and the curry check clean is delicious. I love that it is little spicy, not every bite. I prefect dark meat, and the curry chicken is made with dark meat, perfect for me. If you like a curry, I highly recommend it. I had their felafal and gyros. Although theytare good too, but I love their kabobs more. I also love this place is clean.
