Grill House is one of my favorite restaurants in Kenosha. As soon as you enter you can immediately see that it is clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated. The food is absolutely delicious! Today I enjoyed the wonderful meat toshka. The outer layer was a crisp golden shell filled with warmly spiced meat and melty cheese, perfectly balanced by tangy pickle and fresh tomato. The falafel I ate was also excellent, the exterior was crunchy with a soft, gently seasoned interior, paired with a mellow, delicate tahini dipping sauce. I love the way they blend their spices here, their food tastes like happiness! Do yourself a favor and bring your friends here to share wonderful meals together!

We were interested in checking out this restaurant since it has vegan offerings. Our meal was absolutely incredible and beyond our expectations. Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We decided to try the Grill House on a Sunday afternoon- and we’re so glad that we did! The service was very fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their menu was very authentic, and the variety was perfectly focused. My husband and I both had mint lemonades and I could say that trying that made the stop worth coming even before we tried any food so smooth, delicious and flavorful! I had the mixed grill with rice and Fattoush salad and my husband had the Shawarma plate We also had labnah and hummus for appetizers and a knefeh for dessert… we have never had it fresh homemade on the spot delivered hot and crispy and delicious. We ate the entire plate so suffice it to say this was the first trip of many that I’m sure we will have to this wonderful establishment. They are bringing extremely tender, flavorful cuts of meat, authentic desserts, drinks, and appetizers and a beautiful atmosphere to Kenosha. Thank you for what you do. I didn’t get a photo of the lemonade before I drank half of it but it was that delicious.

I visited Grill House in Pleasant Prairie, WI hoping to enjoy authentic Mediterranean specialties, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall.
I ordered the chicken and beef plate, which came with two types of rice, garlic sauce, and tahini. While the presentation was fine, the quality of the meats fell short. The beef, described on the menu as “juicy,” was extremely overcooked charred to the point where there was very little meat left. The chicken was similarly dry, with nothing juicy about it.
The lentil soup was the highlight of the meal and genuinely well done, which is the main reason I’m giving this place two stars instead of one.
On a positive note, the restaurant itself is very clean and nicely arranged to resemble an authentic Mediterranean setting. The service was friendly, although we were forgotten when it came to receiving water.
Overall, the atmosphere and service were pleasant, but the food, especially the main dishes, did not meet expectations for a Mediterranean grill.

It took a long time from being sat to order being taken despite the fact there were only 2 other tables that were sat. With both my husband and I having lived in the Middle East, we had knowledge and expectations of what should be served. I ordered the chicken tikka sandwich, and my husband ordered the chicken schwarma sandwich. Sandwiches come with fries. The fries were the best thing about the meals. There was hardly any chicken in the sandwiches – max 2 ounces. They were mostly vegetables. I can not recommend this place.

I am visiting from New York craving some legit Middle Eastern food and this place did not disappoint!

The kibbeh was amazing, perfectly crispy and full of flavor. I also enjoyed the mint lemonade, super fresh. I also tried the kufta casserole – a must!!!

The vibe was great too. Loved the Arab music playing and the whole ambience felt super authentic and welcoming.

The food is absolutely delicious! And they have a large variety of gluten free options. Our server was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and knew everything on the menu to avoid (which isn’t a very long list unlike most places!) and offered replacements (carrots & cucumbers instead of pita for the hummus). I am an extremely sensitive celiac and usually have reactions within minutes of accidental consumption. Good serving sizes as well. It’s definitely a safe place for me to eat and we will definitely be returning!

One of the few halal places where you came have middle east food. Good service and food variety. Starter have many variety. Food is expensive than other places. 30 to 40 dollar will cost per person. Parking is also available without any issues.

Food was delicious, clearly authentic and highly quality delivered in large, generous portions. Fast, friendly, and very accommodating service. Place is really beautifully decorated and was a pleasure to spend my evening in w/ family. Another blessing to Kenosha that I highly encourage everyone to try.

I had high hopes for this place based on the vibe upon entry, legit Arabic script, and the menu. It failed to meet them.

The shawarma sandwich had so little chicken it could probably have been legitimately listed as a vegetarian dish. My wife’s tikka sandwich wasn’t any better.

Highlight of the meal was the fries, but that’s not what I came for.

Will not return.
