After a long time, I had got a taste of authentic North Indian Food…!! And the credit goes to Grill and Curry Express. The kebabs were too good… I had butter chicken with rice and patiyala chicken with naan…. totally loved the quality of food….
Hats off to their butter chicken and kebabs. Especially malai kebab and achari kebab became my favorite…
And in this wintry evening, I was craving for honey lemon tea… this can be regarded as healthy drink too!! No added sugar and I personally loved it.
Oh, I forgot to mention their sitafal cream…it’s just few dollars guys…but yout tastebuds will be the happiest, I swear!!
The service was good and the owner was very polite too… ☺️
The best thing I came to know that, they don’t mix up veg dishes with non-veg one while cooking..they have different stoves for that!! Such loyalty to work!!
Gonna visit them soon for their rolls…

Grill and Curry Express on Anderson Mill Rd is one of the best food trucks I’ve tried in Austin! The food is absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. I’ve had their Chicken Rolls (Achari and Malai) and both were outstanding. The Paneer Roll is also really good, and their Chai is excellent — rich, aromatic, and comforting.
The owner is very nice and polite, which makes the experience even better. You can tell they really care about the food and the customers. The service is quick and efficient, even during busy hours, and everything is served hot and fresh.

We’ve been to this truck quite a few times. The staff is friendly and helpful and the kitchen is pretty fast. We got the chicken and the paneer kabab. The staff offered us a complementary masala chai which was delicious. Both the kabab items were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Not too spicy not too sour. Just perfect with the green chutney and onion salad on the side. Prices are reasonable for the portions.
The only complain I have is the dirty seating area. I wish they cleaned up the tables more. We have always found food spills and crumbs lying around on the tables. This has led us to not dine in on some occasions.
Overall a 9/10. Would have been a 10 if not for the dirty seating area.
Gets super crowded on weekends so plan to go around 6:30 if you want to beat the rush.

I tried Butter Chicken here and it is probably the Best Butter Chicken I’ve had. The flavor was extremely good. I tried it with Rice and Naan and it was amazing. Also tried Sitafal cream in dessert and it was exceptionally good.

I wasn’t expecting much before I went there knowing how difficult it is to replicate desi foods and their flavors but this food truck got me rethinking my decisions and I was awe-struck by HOW GOOD THE BUTTER CHICKEN WITH RICE WAS. Got me licking my fingers (sorry if that sounds gross to some of you guys but it was THAT good). Well for now that’s all I have tried (Small apetite yk) but I am definitely paying another visit to try different stuff there because this place is the real deal when it says it serves desi foods WITH authentic flavors. LOVED IT!!! (Also forgot to mention but their staff is also extremely friendly and polite)
