Overview: Grill 445 is a superb grill with excellent American food. Every aspect of this restaurant exceeded my expectations.

Service:
– Service was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had. The waitress had come by numerous times to check on our food and drinks, etc.
– Never felt like we were rushed and always felt like we were a priority.
– Kelly was awesome, get her a raise!

Food:
– I had a special, the steak porterhouse and was probably the second best steak I’ve had a restaurant. It was cooked perfectly, minus the extra salt (why it’s the second best).
– The poutine was amazing and loved the twist with the curly thick fries (think smaller steak fries but curly).
– The vegetable mix with the main dish was very interesting but requires a specific taste for it (I personally liked it).
– The gyro was a miss, it was too dry, and also is not the standard lamb (I didn’t have it so can’t knock off for it).
– The desserts are definitely worth it, though you may be stuffed and your belt might tell you to not have it; have it.

Drinks:
– Their special drinks are pretty good, I think I tried 3 different ones and have nothing but good things to say.
– Average prices, and definitely worth it.

Other:
– Seating in the booths feels quite upscale and is very lovely. The sound seems isolated and you don’t have to yell at each other to hear.
– The bathroom was spotless, clean as a whistle which is always a good sign.

We were on the way to NY from my work and a coworker recommended we stop there for dinner.

We got there at 7 when there is usually a 15 minutes wait when you search it online, but we were lucky and were seated right away.

Everything we had was amazing. The samples gave us a chance to try a bit of some of the appetizer options, and everything felt like better quality than you get at most places. Even the pretzel felt like a better pretzel than most places.

I had the steak tips with sauteed mushrooms and my wife had the lobster roll. My meal felt like it could be 3 or 4 dishes. Really good, perfectly cooked to order, but way too much food . Better to share that dish.

The lobster roll was good but unlike other places in Boston we go to, it didn’t feel as fresh. Still good but not better. The fries with it were amazing .

Overall, a great place and if we lived nearby I would go there again. But because the lobster roll was not perfect l, I feel that for me makes this is a 4 star place, instead of 5. I feel that when everything in your menu is perfect, if something isn’t, then you shouldn’t offer it as an option as it makes your menu imperfect.

From a previous experience my husband did not want to come back, so I figured I’d give this place another chance on my own. I had the bruschetta for appetizer it was amazing! And I had the Caesar salad, with the steak tips. Have to say I was really disappointed in the amount of steak tips for $13. Four small pieces. Total was $25. Also I wasn’t super impressed with the marinade it was very sweet, but it was still cooked perfectly so that’s good. Not sure an appetizer and a salad (no drink, only water) was worth $50, including tip.

I might come back, but not for dinner

This restaurant is a diamond in the town of Brooklyn. It is a great little spot for family and friend gatherings or meeting new ones. The food is excellent and worth the money. There’s not a long wait and the staff are very friendly and polite. You won’t be disappointed at this location. Run don’t walk to get their food! I drove over an hour away for it. Can’t wait to try a new item or two next time! Happy New Year! P.S. half of the food in the pictures are gone because we couldn’t help ourselves before pictures! Sorry!

First visit, we were 4 people. Excellent experience. We were greeted with a smile. Service was great. The food was great as well. Chicken marsala, baked fish and fish and chips were the choices. Definitely will be returning.

We met my daughter here for a late lunch/early dinner. We started with the boneless Buffalo chicken (not very spicy) appetizer. I thought they looked over cooked but after having them they were cooked perfect. I had the ahi tuna with veggie and rice (substituted potato), hubby had fried scallops both were a special if the day. Ahi tuna was tops. Scallops were slightly overcooked, but still good. I would order the ahi tuna again.. My daughter had the mozzarella, basil, tomato chicken sandwich. She said it was very good. Service was excellent! I did not find the menu limited at all (a previous comment on reviews). They have steaks, burgers, seafood, salads, poutine (which I will be trying next time, and there will be a next time) pasta, really a lot of options! And a range of options. Recommend!

Our first visit to Grill 455 and it didn’t disappoint. The berry cosmo was so delicious and went down way too quick & smooth lol. I ordered the truffle burger which was also very good. Service was quick and friendly, highly recommended.

First time eating here. We ordered the Caesar salads for appetizers and ordered the Alfredo chicken and stuffed haddock. Alfredo sauce was thick and delicious. Haddock was piping hot and very flavorful. Would have preferred the stuffing to be chunkier but the flavors were good. Pleasant and attentive service from all of the wait staff. We liked the atmosphere as well. Surprisingly robust draft beer offering especially if you like sours. We will be back

Got food to go. Chicken was tasty but a bit chewy. Ordered Vanilla Crepe Cake only to realize its literally the kind you buy from the frozen section of Costco. Super dry.

My issue is I order steak tips and I ask them to not burn them . I know you cook on an open grill but when you’re cooking them you need to pay attention to cooking them. And there would be no issue . But when you neglect on watching them they get burned . I’ve had this issue several times. And they change the way they are cooking them now it’s done in a pan and again if you neglect watching them you burn them I didn’t ask for charcoal tips. I wouldn’t care but when you pay 35 .00 for six little tips and they are burnt. Why should I not complain. I don’t know what I need to say anymore. All I can say is PLEASE take pride in what you doing and there would be no issue and follow directions. Everyone is about the money and not the service they provide. How many times must I have to call and complain before I just need to find a new place. It’s real easy pay attention to people orders and there would be an issue the money will always be there but your customers won’t.. that you choice to provide great service and food . It come down to just pay attention and take pride in what you do and all the money on the world will come . Until you realize this you should step down or step in .
