is was the worst karahi I’ve ever had. It was overpriced, and the website clearly says it comes with bread or rice. Instead, I was charged an extra $8.50 for rice that should have been included. The food had no flavor at all, and they didn’t even provide utensils, even after I asked for them. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I called to ask about my order, and the person I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. It made the whole situation even more frustrating.

The food is really good, we usually get #55, generous portion. I have accidentally placed an order for a future date instead of ASAP, they called me to confirm (thankfully). I ordered online once, not realizing they had closed early for a holiday, I called to cancel the next day, they were nice enough to reach out and let me know that they had processed the refund.

Delicious food, fast delivery, exactly what we wanted! No complaints at all the naan came piping hot and delicious, and the samosa were especially good. The Matar paneer was a bit different from what I’ve had in other restaurants, but still very enjoyable. Chicken tikka Masala was obviously amazing!

I called to ask a specific question about their Halal menu options in the most respectul way and was shocked by the unprofessionalism. The staff member was insulting, refused to answer my question, and hung up on me after making false accusations. It is hard to trust the food or the business when the person attending to orders claims to be Muslim but acts with such offensive language and aggression. Please be careful trusting this establishment to make your food. I won’t be eating here and will be reporting the business to BBB.

Kebabs were good. Rice is flavorful. Small side salad with bitter lettuce.

I was not the biggest fan of the food here. We got a chicken tikka and kabab plate with spicy rice, a lamb and beef gyro wrap, and a chapli kabab plate with naan.
The naan was really good and cooked fresh. Overall, everything else lacked flavor or seasoning. The chicken was kind of bland. Cooked well enough but just not very delicious. The kabab was decent. The rice was not that spicy.
The chapli kabab was cooked really well and was extremely juicy. But it had next to no salt or any other flavor.
The beef and lamb wrap was decent. The sauce was very good.
Maybe my personal standards for Pakistani food are too high, but this is pretty standard fare for Massachusetts. I wouldn’t drive all the way to Worcester for it, but if I’m in the area, I wouldn’t mind getting a wrap to go. I think they would improve significantly if they added a touch more salt to their meats.
The seating area was clean and spacious, and the service was top-notch.
