I absolutely love the food at this place! The dishes are delicious and always satisfy my cravings. However, the service isn’t the best, but that’s perfectly fine because the main reason people go there is to enjoy the food and then leave quickly. It’s quite fascinating to watch how they call out your order loudly for the cooks, and it’s amazing how the cooks manage to understand and prepare the food almost instantly.

I read the good reviews and thought this would be a cool local, historic place to take the family for lunch. I wish I had read some of the negative reviews before deciding. I would have been better off at a typical chain. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this place definitely earns every negative review. I would have spent less money and had better food. This place was a total disappointment for nearly $70. The customer service was rude. The food was overcooked and cold. My daughter ordered the steak fingers. I could not identify the meat like substance. The burgers were patheticly thin and lacked any reasonable appetizing presentation. The only redeeming quality was the onion rings, except that the condiments were a extra charge for a measly portion. Guaranteed I’ll never go back and will do my part to warn people away.

The food is delicious and fresh. I usually order the triple giant mister meal with onion rings. I substitute cheddar instead of American cheese.

I love Griffs. Very good and tasty burgers hands and thumbs up; however I am disappointed that prices keep going up and portions keep going down. It seems that fry bag/tots keeps getting smaller by the minute. You portion of frys/tots are lower than usual. Unacceptable. If I’m going to pay good money, I would like a good portion. Let’s not get in the business of ripping customers off.

I love Griff’s style burgers. There made like a old school dinner. There menu is simple. No tick Tok trends here. Patty’s are juicy and with a perfect amount of veggies to balance it. Fries are great.

We need more Griff’s around the metroplex. This place has everything you need out of a burger shop. They will not break the bank like most modern day burger places.

Ordered 2 cheese burgers, added bacon on 11/1. I called to advise the bacon was left off of one of my burgers only to have whoever answered the phone be extremely rude and state, “we don’t even have bacon cheese burgers, you can add bacon!?!” Well obviously I added the bacon right? She proceeds to say “So were you at!?” I replied down the street. The extremely kind and intelligent service woman replies “well what you want me to do if you down the street!?! Horrible attitude. Horrible tone, horrible customer service. No home training. Burger was trash. Fries were sheisty. Service was deplorable. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
