If you don’t want the chain restaurant burger (I am sure you don’t want that) but also don’t want to go all out for a gourmet burger at some fancy joint than this is the place for you. Here you get a hearty burger with one-size-fits-all fries for a reasonable price. Add some jalapeños and you got a full and great meal for the night.
Choices are simple which makes it easy but if you want to complicate things… other items are available on the menu.
The place is busy during eating hours but still plenty of parking available for your Bellaire. Bon appetite.
Griff’s has at least two other locations that I am aware of. One off Buckner road and other off Jupiter road. I have gone to the one off Buckner road and the burger was just as good. Interestingly the was very identical to the location off Military Parkway. Imagine that. Enjoy.

When I pulled it was like nostalgia all over again . In my early 20s I would have Griff’s often in my home town city Shreveport, LA . When my money was funny would swing by Griff’s for an inexpensive meal with a drink in a flash . Fast forward over 30 years later things have changed. This location was slow like molasses as I sat in the drive through line. Some cars left I should have too. I ordered combo #3 hamburger with fries and pink lemonade as my drink . The lemonade tasted like water no flavor at all. I didn’t mind no ice as it was cold . I took a couple bites of the burger but disappointed . The fries were warm but time I made it home safely everything was cold and I wasn’t interested in heating up in the microwave. Roughly 24 years ago I went through the Garland location drive through but unfortunately I won’t try this again , I do have my memories.

Personally best location, purposely drive further and past other locations to come here. Burgers, fries, and sides have been consistently well made and correct. Good experience with staff as well at each interaction. Good dependable service and consistent quality deserves recognition. **basis off only drive thru option

Such a classic taste of south east Dallas! I grew up eating these as a BETTER alternative to other fast food places. One of the best burgers, hands down. Today we ate in for the first time in a long long time and the experience was fine. It was busy and the tables were a bit dirty but we managed.

Was just there 10 minutes ago, how do you butcher and order so simple & you’re not even busy?! A double giant missing a patty, added bacon & mushrooms, didn’t get my shoots, & 2 large fries that look like smalls.

Absolutely love Griff ‘s. It’s delicious food for a great price. And we haven’t had an issues really. We did have an issue this evening. To be fair, we came 35 minutes before close but when we got up to the speaker we were told they were closed. There were a few cars ahead of us in the drive thru but definitely not enough cars that they would be cooking all the way up til close. My husband did respond in a shocked and confused tone. There was some chatter on the mic and the guy came back and said that they could take our order. Then more chatter with another change they he actually couldn’t take our order because they ran out of meat. And then proceeds to say that the manager was saying we could still take orders but the cook came up and said they didn’t have any meat. I understand that it was close to closing on a Saturday. I work in the industry and know it sucks when someone comes in late but we still do the work. But my husband and I were getting in late and needed food and wanted to go to our favorite burger place. We’ll still be going back but the situation all felt very much like we were being lied to. I hope management or someone higher up sees and is aware.

I come here often and never been disappointed. The customer service is always amazing. I’ve always order my hamburger very specific and they have never messed up my order. The food always comes out fresh and hot. I highly recommend it!

The first time my family and I’ve have eaten here and it was filling. The service was good too. I ordered the Cheesy Chicken BLT for myself. My kids ordered a small double cheeseburger and a #1 A giant double cheeseburger combo. For a family of 3 we only spent $28 in my opinion, that’s very affordable. We all enjoyed it.

*Best Hamburger in Mesquite! They’re friendly and the burgers are huge! Definitely the hamburger in Mesquite. They’re cooked when ordered. It’s always hot and fresh! * * You get the deluxe treatment and it’s a right proportioned burger with just the right amount of toppings and sauce. Couldn’t ask for a better burger. It’s that good!*
