Well this place blew a chance for a 5 out of 5. Great Burgers! Nice Huge Coke! – however the fries were a bit cold and skimpy serving inside the bag. The biggest and most frustrating part of what could have been an excellent out of town experience is the fact I ordered and paid for Jalapeños and then after I pulled away noticed none in bag or on my sandwich! Ouch BIG FAIL!!! Then went to drink my big coke and found out they forgot my straw in the bag too!!! FAIL. So make sure they give you everything before pulling away because they will not answer their phone and you sure don’t wanna wait back in line when it took 20-30 minutes. I hope next time is better – you won’t hear me say too often a place deserves another chance but the place has potential to be a 5 out of 5 experience.

I had been told about Griff’s after moving to the area but never tried it until a coworker I was riding with decided to stop there for lunch. I ordered a #1 with a strawberry milkshake. It was ok but far from great. I would call it typical fast food. I would say Sonic burgers come the closest to this one but where Sonic has it beat is in the milkshake department. Griff’s milkshake was a typical poor quality fast food shake with no real strawberries in it. It was more of a strawberry flavored milkshake. Average fries that would not make me come back.
Service was great and they were rolling them through at lunchtime. Nothing that I ate made me say, I want to come back here but I definitely rather eat here than McDonald’s or Burger King.

Relaxing environment, used to have an old western theme with boots, but has recently got a face lift featuring minimalistic theme that makes it feel and look good. I enjoyed their pepper, jack cheese and their sliced jalapeños.

I have to say yall did that! The burger & tots were so flavorful. Food was hot and fresh. The sweet tea was unique in a good way. It tasted like a sweet tea juice.
I cannot forget about the good customer service! The gentleman was very nice over the intercom.
Griff’s WE NEED YOU IN ATX!! You’d definitely bring the flavor & culture that ATX is missing.

I ordered a chocolate shake, which apparently wasn’t heard because she handed me a coke float? I told her I wanted a chocolate shake and she fixed it for me though.
The fries were good
The burger was tiny, not “giant” and was so dry!! It was slapped together like they don’t care about their customers at all.
