Griddles Café is more than just a place to grab a meal — it truly feels like coming home. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth that goes far beyond great customer service. You can feel the sense of family, love, and care they have not only for their staff, but for every single person who walks through their doors. It’s the kind of place where you’re treated like you belong, not just like another customer.
The atmosphere is comforting, inviting, and full of heart — and that energy clearly comes from the people who run it. Their kindness is authentic, their service is exceptional, and their passion for community truly shines.
What makes Griddles Café even more special is their commitment to giving back. A portion of their proceeds supports Cassidy’s Hope Foundation, helping Ohio families navigate the challenges of treatment. That kind of compassion and generosity speaks volumes about who they are and what they stand for.
Amazing food, incredible service, and a mission rooted in love and community — Griddles Café is something truly special. I can’t recommend them enough.

Everything was amazing, I came with my husband and son on Sunday morning for breakfast. The entire staff was top tier, our waitress was amazing. Lucas who sat us didn’t just stop there, he checked on us multiple times, cleared plates as soon as they were empty, asked about refills, it was very refreshing to see from a younger gentlemen.

Absolutely love Griddles!! It’s always our go to when we want good home cooked breakfast/brunch/lunch. Greats prices and greater portion sizes!!! The staff is always so welcoming. Very “homey” feel atmosphere, and that hard to find these days with restaurants.

Small hole in the wall by harbor freight Medina. Busy place, no cushions at bar stools for single people being served, so picked a table with cushions. Coffee was good but dishes and cups were plastic. Coffee cup showed wear on rim. Need better cups. Most condiments were on the table. Suggesting an extra napkin with the meal. Waitress friendly enough and came back to refill coffee. Omelette decent and hash browns cooked right and not burnt. Gluten free toast best it can be for GF bread.

Excellent every time! I love the people who run this place. The ladies are so sweet and the only way the service could get any better would be if they served me in bed. Which I don’t really see happening.

A short, heavy, long red haired waitress, was rude to several customers while I was there. Reaching across a table to pour coffee to two gentlemen at the other end of the table while wearing a cap sleeve shirt. Later I heard the same waitress tell the gentleman he should know there are “NO REFILLS” on hot chocolate. Since when is it the customers job to know all the policies of a restaurant ? A good waitress would not have reached over a person eating to pour coffee when the table has room all the way around and the waitress would have informed the customer upon ordering that a certain item, in this case, hot chocolate did Not have Refills included.

Wow what a great find! The service was outstanding, the prices were fantastic, and the food was really delicious and plentiful. Very delicious BLT sandwich loaded with meaty bacon not a bunch of fat. Omelette was quite large and my husband wound up getting two meals out of it. We will most certainly be back.

This is a relatively new restaurant in Medina next to Harbor Freight. We tried it Saturday morning. There was a little bit of a wait, but not bad. The service was good. The food was excellent!!!! There’s creme brûlée oatmeal which is absolutely delicious!!! My husband and I loved it! There’s a great variety on the menu. My daughter had the veggie omelet with home fries. Excellent!! Her fiancé had a bagel with bacon, egg and cheese on it. The bagel was a good size, and he said it was delicious!!! This is one of the few breakfast restaurants in Medina!! It was very good.
