Chef Rhoen was extremely accommodating and did not hesitate to ensure that I was completely satisfied with both the food and the service. This was my first time eating at this restaurant since it changed from Thumbs Up. I ordered fried chicken and waffle meal. I asked for egg whites which it’s $2 additional.
The chicken wasn’t battered, and the waffle was okay. I sent the chicken back; however; was I still charged the same price for the meal because they don’t have special meal listed on the menu for waffle, eggs, and bacon.

This place is amazing. I was honored to meet the owner and she is making history in real time. I used to come to this spot when it was part of another franchise.
It was quite obvious that the constraints of the old franchise made the owners adjust and reinvent their own vision of this location and guess what? I like this version better! This is definitely THE go to brunch spot for the next five years.

I ordered through Uber Eats 3 “fried” chicken wings and corned beef hash. The fried wings were not breaded, they were just fried which the menu did not indicate unbreaded. The corned beef is straight out of a can of Hormel. They didn’t even add anything additional to it. It’s straight up canned corned beef hash. Do not waste your money!

I’ve been coming to Greystone here and there when they had first opened a few years ago as part of the Thumbs Up Franchise before they went independent (kudos to them). Food and service has always been consistent and good. They’re a great edition to Trilith. My favorites are the French toast entree and they make some of the best fried catfish I’ve had!

Serviice was confusing . Started with one server for a group of 19. My appetizer came out after I had eaten my dinner salad.
The food was very salty. . Asparagus was served with the woody stem. Bread was too gummy. For a 1st time visit I was not pleased.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but my husband and i enjoyed our meal so much! Kevin was a great server with the best vibe and smile. I had an omelette and my husband did steak and eggs. Really delicious! Everything tasted fresh! We will be back!
