This place is legendary. Without exaggeration, it made my experience as a student at Purdue so much better. I’m a big city guy and a big foodie, and Greyhouse is better than most similar spots I’ve tried in major cities.
The service is always excellent. I was addicted to both their sweet and savory crepes, especially the Sundrenched Veggie, the Cinnamon Roll, and the Nanny Banner. Their coffee is also great quality. The atmosphere and vibes are unmatched.
Given the location, the place does get packed with students, so people usually share tables and work. It was the hangout spot, the breakfast spot, the brunch spot, and the studying spot for me and many of my friends. Can’t recommend it enough.

A quick walk from Purdue’s main campus, Greyhouse is a cozy little cafe that is a huge hit with the student body! The food and drinks are consistently delicious, and they serve the best crepes in the Lafayette area! The specialty seasonal drinks are always tasty, as well. This is a great environment for studying or catching up with a friend over coffee. However, seating is always very limited here, I wish they would open up their adjacent room for seating more often. Parking is also a pain, but it’s a very manageable walk from anywhere on campus.

I really love Greyhouse in town! Been to all 3 in the Lafayette area and I absolutely love this one. My favorite part is the somewhat hidden room in the side of the cafe when you walk in, it’s very cozy and when you arrive earlier you may even have it all to yourself (great for introverts or when you need to study quietly). Many of their seasonal latte and sweet crepes can be very sweet, but I like to balance out their sweet foods with a plain latte, and I would recommend all their dishes. Their savory crepes are my favorite.

I absolutely love this place! Their espresso always tastes great, their seasonal drinks are usually really nice (and they will usually remake something if you don’t like it) and their food is really nice too I LOVE their croissants. I’m really sad they downsized because I loved studying in the big location 🙁 Only downside is it is a bit pricey but I guess every company has raised their prices 🙁

It’s expensive, bustling, and by far the best coffee and espresso to be had on campus. Top 5 percentile mocha for sure, and all the breakfast items and seasonal drinks come highly recommended not just by myself, but by anyone I’ve ever been here with.
It would be cool one day to make enough money that I can come here as often as I please. Until that day, I just hope I can outpace inflation to keep enjoying my time here.
Suffering from success, my favorite time to go here is when school is out for a break because it’s just less busy.

The ambience was great. I had a short visit at West Lafayette and Greyhouse caffe seemed like a very popular place for students. There was no free table which is good for the owner . The staffs were friendly and liked the interior design as well.

Greyhouse is a great location for a coffee stop, meeting with friends, or some studying. Expect it to be pretty busy. Drinks are excellent, love the Dr. Strangelove.
The sun roasted veggies crepe is a fantastic choice.

I like how it has this exact coffee shop vibe. I loved the Creme Brûlée, the cinnamon roll has got just the right taste. I bet you are always gonna find people working in there enjoying the cute coffee shop ambience. A little pricey but I think it’s worth it!

Great atmosphere and friendly service. They use PTs coffee and didn’t quite nail the chemex. It was a tad bit gritty. With promo for coffee classes, I expected a slightly higher coffee game. But it is a great place. Definitely looks like some fun food items. Check it out.
