The Gresham Food Carts are a decent spot for great food. There’s a good variety and amount of options. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. No beer or bathrooms. Limited parking, but it is right off a few bike routes. I highly recommend trying Chef Shawarma!

Food was soooo good!! We got from four different spots and definitely returning. We got taro bubble tea, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Also spicy Philly cheese steak, loco moco, and garlic feta fries. Really unique. Tight parking lot. Small-ish indoor (and smaller outdoor) seating areas. Feels like a hole in the wall gem of a spot!

Wonderful food cart are that is just starting to fill up and be developed. Lots of food trucks here and I recommend coming. There’s: Blue’s Incredible Pizza, Lillie on the go, Healthy Panda, Ba bay Quan, Kooten Janal, Shish Kabob, Tom Bing Sushi, Rolling Rocket Bubble Tea, Goblin Grill, E San Thai Cuisine, MegaDogs, Kasoy & Co, Montiels Cocina, Daily Dose of Aloha, and Flavor of India. They are adding more trucks here, stay tuned! Tons of seating and there is parking, there is a parking lot. Also this is right off the Max stop Blue Line Ruby Junction, maybe 2 min walk. Also right off a bike and walk trail.

We checked out the food carts for dinner on Tuesday and weren’t disappointed! Only the sushi burrito cart was closed and there was an event going on so the place had a good energy going on.
We decided to get something from several carts and share it back at home. We picked up tacos, enchiladas, a Hawaiian mixed plate with spam musabis, the pork adobo combo from the Filipino cart and the classic poutine from the poutine cart.
It only took a few minutes to get our food from each place, the poutine took the longest, but was still less than 10 minutes.
When we got home we divided everything up and tried some of each. The tacos and the pork from the Hawaiian cart were our favorites. The pork was smoky, tender and delicious. I also enjoyed the spam musabis, but my friends weren’t too keen. We also liked the lumpia and the noodles that came with the Filipino platter. We thought the enchiladas were over salted and the poutine would’ve been much better with cheese curds instead of mozzarella.
It was a fun experience and we’ll definitely be back to try other things. Great option for a casual dinner in the area.

Kasoy and company and shish kabab…a must try!!!!
First time trying kasoy special noodle bowl. Delicious in every way! Flavorful broth with fresh noodles.
The beef dish as shish kabab is also very flavorful and the bread is soft ! Both place worth the money since the amount is good and the taste is a winner!

A new Hawaiian food cart call Hawaiian paralysis. Bruh food is amazing, I was gonna just taste my Dynamite Chicken Katsu. But the food was so good. I was supposed to take a picture before I ate the entire plate.. My wife had a LAU LAU plate 10/10 .

So the picture on the food cart looked bomb for the cali burrito I super excited to get a fat burrito loaded with guacamole and sour cream and now I’m just highly disappointed. I had to take a bite to actually see if there was any in there. I also got a tamale that I would never wish anyone to eat. The only flavor it had was the sauce I put on it and the bland white chicken that they put in the middle of it. The breading around it is super thick and has no flavor at all either. Super upset I only paid 12 dollars but it won’t satisfy my hungry. I was expecting a lot more.

Amazing thai food with very friendly service! Worth standing out in the cold for! They give large portions and the medium heat was perfect. Highly recommend the drunken noodles or pad kee mao.
