The service here is amazing. The servers are so kind, we were seated quickly and conversations held with the workers were very pleasant. The dessert was amazing, a perfect, tasty way to end the night. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to those same expectations. Everything was very bland and tasteless. Additionally, our tableware was dirty with fingerprints on it.

Had a Pasta & Shrimp Fra Diavolo which was just Ok. Pasta sauce was just average. The taste was good not great. Second order was Shrimp Scampi which was heavy on the garlic. Again good not great.

Gregorios is a perfect place for date night or a family dinner. The family owned and operated restaurant includes you as part of their family. Isabella reviewed the food options and we both had a delicious dinner that met our individual dietary needs (me low carb) – made by her father! The atmosphere is perfect – you can imagine you are eating with family in an Italian piazza!

Great little Italian restaurant in Chatham. We’ve been twice in the last month and enjoyed both experiences. The pork milanese and pistachio-encrusted salmon were excellent. To top it off, the service staff are great. Also, fyi, it’s BYOB.

Tommy, our waiter, was so sweet. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We wanted to try out the lighter items on menu, and it didn’t disappoint. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was well crafted. Look at the plating of our food…it was as beautiful as it was devine. Love restaurants who pay attention to every detail. Simply outrageous and will be back. Our boys enjoyed themselves too and my oldest told Tommy, “Our thanks to the Chef!”

Experience – the experience is very good. The location can be somewhat challenging in the town center, but can easily be managed if you park and have a drink before. The atmosphere is quite nice.
Service – the service is also very good.
Food – All of the food is absolutely outstanding, including the specials.
Overall, the value is very good. We like that it is BYO.

I had an incredible dining experience at Gregorios in Chatham, NJ. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service and warm atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The bread and sun-dried tomato and roasted beet salad were the perfect start! Our entrees, the pork Milanese and trofie pasta, were both outstanding. The portions were also generously sized. What truly stood out was the attentive and friendly service that made us feel like honored guests. I can’t praise Gregorios enough for delivering a superb dining experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a delicious Italian meal. Five stars without a doubt!

This had to be one of the worst experiences at an Italian restaurant! My pork Milanese came out uncooked and pink. They substituted it for a piece of chicken that was like rubber when I called the owner Gregory to tell him my experience he basically hung up the phone on me. I will be stopping payment on my credit card in full for the terrible service and terrible food and terrible experience. Then they ran my credit card for another table and I had to wait 40 minutes to get my credit and for them to ring up, the proper order! will never be visiting this restaurant again.
