Completely flavorless and greasy. I was genuinely astonished by how flat they tasted.

I had the potato puffs and chicken sandwhich and ended up throwing both away. They are in their “soft opening” phase though, so I’ll give them another try when they’re fully open.

Great new spot in the sunset! The food is delicious and the staff is so kind. The potato puffs are to die for with the sauce ❤️ I had the cauliflower salad and my husband got the chicken sandwich. We both really enjoyed the flavors and will be back for more!

Was excited to try this new place in the neighborhood. The potato puffs were delicious, would go back for those. The cauliflower tempura wrap however was almost inedible! The entire bottom of the takeout box was covered in a pool of oil, and when I picked up the wrap oil was literally pouring out. I ordered the wrap thinking it would be on the healthier, less heavy side but was disappointed. The flavor was also on the bland side, probably because everything was overpowered by oil and there’s no sauce. The tempura was soggy, again because drenched in oil! Not sure if this is a one time mistake or if this is how the wrap is supposed to be.

Really enjoyed a quick stop for the famous potato puffs. They’re best with the dipping sauce provided. Bit pricey for eight dough balls but it’s SF! Service was great, the gentleman at the counter was professional and kind

Tried potato puff, the speciality. The fluffy potato filling was something I never had before, though I still felt it was hyped. Would return to try sandwich.

We got the potato puffs for the first time and now our interest is peeked to go back to try other items! Love blue mural on the outside! It at such a fun vibe to their location!

Average. Even poor by San Francisco standards. The lamb sandwich barely had any meat in it. Too bready. The chicken sandwich is so greasy. Had a nice crisp to it. Certainly didn’t make my day. Didn’t get the hype about the puffs. Came out piping hot and extra greasy. Would galdly not com3 back here given the amount of options 9th Ave. got to offer.

Honestly, I was not impressed at all. I ordered the tempura cauliflower lavash wrap and it literally had 3 tiny tiny pieces of cauliflower. The lavash wrap was too crispy and the whole thing fell apart while eating it making a mess in my lap.

The potato puffs smelled like a county fair funnel cake cooked in cheap oil, and they fell apart when I tried picking them up and dipping them in the sauce. The mango lassi tasted sour and not fresh.

Finally, it took nearly 20 minutes to get my order on a Sunday at 1pm. I wish I hadn’t taken my food to go as I would have asked for a refund if I had eaten there. The staff was very friendly but it was not at all worth the money or the wait. There are many other great options on 9th Avenue. Don’t bother with this place.

It’s just not good. Too greasy, too salty, no flavor. We got the potato puffs, chicken sandwich, and salad with fried cauliflower. The puffs are too salty and otherwise flavorless. The cauliflower was wayyy too greasy and salty and the other salad ingredients were not well balanced. Chicken sandwich was edible and that’s about it. Kinda felt like airport food quality. Interesting also that other people’s negative reviews seem to keep disappearing…yikes
