The artist was busy at work on a MASSIVE cake in the back, and I had to get a picture (the palette spread and whatnot). This bakery has some of the most unique cake flavor options, like cherry nut or pistachio. They also have gluten free options, and an incredible selection of flavored butter cookies (they look like macarons but they are not. Gregory does make macaroons though, and they are gluten free and delicious!)
The prices are great too. These cookies were $1 each!

Greggory made an amazing cake for my son’s birthday! It tasted just as great as it looked! He also explained to me how to cut it in a way that will feed many mouths! The sides of the cake also looked beautiful which is not pictured since the kids were ready for cake! It was so beautiful that it almost broke my heart cutting into it! Thanks again!

Highly recommended for specialty cakes. They made an absolutely gorgeous carrot cake for my dad’s wedding, and another great one for his 90th birthday celebration. The wedding cake was 3 layers and took a strong guy to carry it out of the store. Very reasonable pricing for the quality

Stopped in and got a cupcake which was pretty good for a carrot cake with buttercream icing.
I also got the cookie sandwich which was just okay in my opinion, I’m not big on butter cream.

Gorgeous cake! It was chocolate with peanut butter mousse filling. Everyone loved it and raved about how delicious it was. Leftovers were scooped up! because you should always order enough cake to have leftovers ❤️

We were shopping around locally for First Birthday theme cakes. Greggory’s was recommended by a couple friends. I called them for a quote, and he was the most reasonably priced in the area. We ordered three cakes; two smash cakes: a 4 inch, and a 6 inch, and then a 12 inch cake for our daughter’s first birthday with a “Winter One-derland” theme. I needed them for Saturday, January 13 and was told they would be ready that morning. She was having her first birthday photos that Saturday, January 13th and then her birthday party on that Sunday. I emailed a picture of “reference” to Greggory, and requested that he put his own flair to them, which absolutely he did.
When I went to pick up the cakes that Saturday morning, they were beyond gorgeous. They were better than I ever could have imagined. The pictures do not do them justice. The cakes were perfect!!
The smash cakes were vanilla flavored with a Bavarian cream filling and the 12 inch was marble with a Bavarian cream filling. Our little girl loved her smash cakes, it was the first time she was having something sweet. The cakes were the BEST cakes we ever had!! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the cakes were and how delicious the cake was. They asked where we got them from, and when we told them Greggory’s in Hadley, they were not surprised and said “He makes the best cakes!” The cakes were not dry at all, they tasted so fresh, the filling was to die for and the buttercream frosting was perfect!! They were DELICIOUS!! He made sure there was no small fondant decorations on the smash cakes for our one year old, so we didn’t have to worry about any choking hazards. The focus and attention to detail that he puts into the cakes are phenomenal!! You cannot get a better cake than from Greggory’s, you will not be disappointed. We will now be purchasing all of our cakes from here in the future. I just wish I knew about this bakery sooner. They are cash only, and they do tell you this when you place your order, which is not a big deal.

The staff is super nice and helpful, and Greggory himself was super nice and friendly. He was happy to hear that I was so happy with his work. Thank you so much for making our little girl’s day so special!! We can’t wait to order from you again!!
