A first visit to Franklin Street Social and we opted to eat from Greer’s Burger Garage. Enjoyed a tasty classic cheeseburger, my partner liked the Swiss and mushroom slider. The garbage fries were fried up perfectly. Ordering kiosk was a little confusing – are we choosing extra condiments or leaving them off? – but an attentive staffer saved the day.

Major disappointment, the burgers were greasy and over cooked. I understand the concept of a smash burger but the grease was so bad its leaked everywhere…may have been more grease than burger. The garage fries were under done, mushy and very lacking in any salt or flavor. I will not be returning, this is the second time this place has been a disappointment.

I’ve never had issues before today. Online ordered, which is the first photo, then the receipt, second photo, said something TOTALLY different! The burgers were dry, no toppings, and spent $35 for something I could’ve gotten at McDonald’s. Tried to call in and speak with someone, no answer. Tried a second time, no answer. I will be going back and asking for a refund for both burgers because this was a waste of money.

The food is good but I will probably never order here again. Every time I’ve ordered from here there has been something wrong with my order. It’s very disappointing bc we were excited to try it and again the food is great ( when it’s made right). I even sent an email about my raw burger the first time I ordered there and never heard anything back.

First time hearing of Greer’s. Love burgers and wanted to try their smash burger, it was amazing. Had no idea good this good was 10 minutes from my house. Will be going back again and again until I’ve tried everything and then back again and again. Really would suggest to all who love burgers.

This is the saltiest ( like white salt) burger, not sure how anyone could actually eat it. I was so excited to finally try this place too.

Service was quick, decent burgers. I got the pickle burger, raw pickles were fresh and crispy – fried pickles were a nice touch for pickle lovers. Burger was a bit greasy, that’s my only complaint. Will definitely be back!
