Greens and Proteins is a true gem for anyone who loves great food that fuels you. Fresh, flavorful, and consistently satisfying, it’s the kind of place you go once and immediately add to your regular rotation.
My friend had the Chicken Lime Soup which I liked my better. We also had the Summer Berry Salad which was also pretty good. Overall I think the place is good. I just need to be selective on what I order
The bison burger with sweet potatoes fries were ok.
The fries were drench in oil.. gross!
We got 4 entrees overall and 2 Celsius .
A French toast and chicken teriyaki.
Not a lot of veggies or rice!
Cost $75$
Protein house cheaper by $4
After 10 sips it was relocated to the trash.
It’s so refreshing to find a place like this when we travel! My husband got a green smoothie of some kind-it was very tasty. I got a build-your-own plate and was actually shocked by the amount of food that was delivered. Very good portions here It was “basic”, in the way whole, fresh food can be! Yes, even after drizzling it with the lemon dressing it needed a little salt (I never salt restaurant food). It was exactly what I needed and it was 2 meals for me. $10-20$/person spent here…depending on what you order. Large 16 oz juices were only $8-ish, which I thought was a great price! They leave some of the pulp in your juice drink- how awesome! My local friend loves the green smoothie with the whole avocado pit thrown in (what??!) and she was so sad they were out of their potatoes because she swears they’re the best. She got tofu fries instead and they were good too. I will probably make this a staple to-go order for future trips when leaving Vegas-healthy food that’ll keep in the ice chest that you’ll desperately want when you land somewhere 8 hours down the road!
