Finally, a healthy place to eat on Rowan Blvd! I’m not vegan, I just love eating healthy. Everything I’ve tried so far has been amazingly delicious; Pina Kalada Smoothie, Veggie Chili with a side of Pita Bread, Chk’n Caesar Salad, Classic Chk’n Wrap, Avocado Toast, Veggie Burger Wrap. If meat is a must have for you the Chk’n taste just like chicken. Friendly staff and a relaxing environment. Please support this business because affordable, healthy and delicious food is hard to find. Thanks, Green and Grains!

This location is the best yet! The food is always so delicious ans inexpensive compared to other local restaurants and has something for the whole family… it’s a music visit lunch or dinner spot, with great staff that are super duper friendly! My daughter and I come once a week, and are never disappointed! Can’t wait until the next trip here! They even displayed a flyer for my daughter’s school musical, which shows their personality! 5/5 service !

Oh my goodness! The shamrock was absolutely delicious, and the cheesy beef quesadilla was simply amazing. The manager there is incredibly attentive to customer needs, making every visit a pleasant and comforting experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I am vegan really enjoy having a safe space to order food knowing the ingredients are not animal derived. They offer great soups that change week to week. The sweet potato fries are phenomenal along with the stuffed grape leaves and Cuban panini.

I would definitely be back! I went for the first time tonight after class , because I didn’t want any thing fried or greasy and a lot of the restaurants on and around campus Are unhealthy, but I found this place today and really enjoyed my dinner!! We deserve more healthy options to eat!! But anyway, the restaurant was empty, but extremely clean all of the veggies were extremely fresh! 10/10

Greens and Grains have done it again! The beautiful new space on Rowan University with the convenient parking out back for customers makes it great for those of us who aren’t on campus. Their menu is extensive and creative. The space is very calming, with various seating areas for a group of friends to dining solo for a work session on a laptop. There’s something for everyone on the menu for healthy snacking, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. Yes, even desserts that change seasonally along with many other seasonal menu specials. Greens and Grains is always a great choice for fresh food made to order.

This place is truly amazing!!! I’ve been dying to try Greens and Grains since it opened it Glassboro and man it did not disappoint! I walked in and I feel like I took forever to order because I was just so excited that I could literally order anything on the menu and not have to worry if there’s meat in it! And we got the avocado BLT and the pepperoni sandwich on the ciabatta bread…. First of all the crispy coconut was so awesome on the BLT! And the ciabatta bread was so soft and absolutely delicious. I was skeptical about the sweet potato fries because I have never ever been impressed by sweet potato fries, but omg these are a 10/10! And with the Dijon dipping sauce… Just incredible. I cannot wait to come back and try more, I hope this place stays here forever!

I was impressed the moment I walked through the door. I loved the decor and the openness of the space. It was extremely clean and the layout allowed for a smooth flow traffic. I had the falafel wrap and it was absolutely zesty savory delicious. The lettuce and tomato were crisp and cold while the falafel and pita were warm and indulgent. The Recharge juice was so refreshing I wish I had taken one to go. I will definitely go back.
