Love the buffet and service was great! Seafood buffet is good! Guy in the back even came to our table to ask if we were interested in fish that he just fried fresh. Desert was also awesome!! Little drive from indiana but worth it!

This quaint leisurely stop was a great choice for a quick breakfast on the run. Choose where you sit, near the window to watch your vehicle if you need to. We read the reviews, some complaining about wait time, but we experienced fast, courteous service. The waitress was pleasant and helpful. The food was great!!! We recommend the fried pork and eggs with biscuits and gravy. It comes with hash browns, too. The pancakes were delicious! We were lucky to find this country casual local gem. Sissy was a great waitress!

Great service and good was at a great price. Food was fresh and tasted great! Ordered oysters and fried pickles. Mmmmm I ate some ofthe oysters before I decided to take a picture. Not oily great breading and I enjoyed them. Hubby got chicken tenders and he loved those. We will be back. Everyone there was SO friendly.

I was extremely disappointed. They have a buffet on Fridays. I had a even to go to and wanted to go out to eat to celebrate. First of all it was $18. No big deal ate there anyway. Well the food was horrible. It was over cooked and dried out like it had been sitting there. There was not a very good selection. I went there for frog legs which they had but we not worth eating. This place used to be packed on Fridays. There was only one other table besides ours, now I know why. I should have just went to local church for a fish dinner. I would not pay $5 to eat here again. Where is Gordon Ramsey when you need him.

My husband and I was driving through town. We like stopping at little diners.I always give people pretty good reviews. But I honestly can’t do it this time.the service was great. But the food had sit to long and had started to become discolored. The typical meal is $15.99 for the buffet. We didn’t see much we could eat and overheard someone asking about the soup. So we got some soup. My husband had beans and he said it tasted like they were burnt.i got vegetable soup ,it was filled with stringy meat.the only way I could describe it is to compare it to hair texture.
Our billed came to $65? .my husband went ahead and paid the bill. We have been to nice steakhouses and brought leftovers home. I wouldn’t recommend.

The Green Valley Restaurant is a marvelous place for breakfast! There is a hometown quaintness to the establishment. People know each other and say “hello” and “Have a great day, Joe!”
The menu is very simple and the food is affordable! The food tastes simple and delicious!!! It had a farm fresh flavor, which was a nice change from the heavy preservatives, plastic taste of chain restaurants.
I had the “Rise and Shine” breakfast with ham, fried potatoes, 2 eggs, and biscuits & gravy. I recommend it! The ham & eggs compliment each other. The potatoes were good to dunk in the gravy.
