Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We found a little jewel in the wilderness! I recommend that you don’t pass this place when you’re driving by hungry. It’s independently owned and the owner is the cook. So the quality of his food and presentation of the dish is excellent. It’s very clean and the waitresses are more like family serving you. If I could give ten stars I would!

I’m new to the area. I started working in the neighborhood 7 months ago and I’ve past this place everyday on my way to work. Finally decided to stop on my way into work to get food. I love that I can order on the phone and pick up to go. I got there and it was very busy, I wasn’t in a rush. It’s Saturday morning I get it. I get my food head to work and I see that the grease from the bacon and eggs melted the Styrofoam, which isn’t too healthy. A lining of paper should’ve been placed in the container to keep that from happening cause that stuff is melting onto the food. I open the box for the French toast and I notice a hair. Sometimes I just brush it off and just eat my food but I needed to put the French toast in the microwave to reheat since I didn’t start eating right away. I noticed something green stuck to it. I thought maybe somehow lettuce got on it. Again I let that go, until I started to eat it and my French toast tasted like Bell peppers. That was the worst. Thank God I’m not allergic, I just hate Bell peppers. I don’t hate the food and I’ll for sure try again. Just make sure you aren’t cross contaminating food and that with very hot food you put a paper liner in the container so melting off the container doesn’t happen. Other than that y’all looked like you were doing a great job with how busy it was. I added photos, you can’t really see the hair that well since it was a thin light color. But I still added it just in case.

Great food and friendly service. Reminds me of the old Mom & Pop restaurants that used to be so good! I’m a person who loves to eat good food and lots of times, I eat too much. I do have to say, my chicken fried steak was so big that I could only eat about 1/2 of it. I took the other 1/2 home and had it for supper. It reheated well – was delicious. My only regret is that I waited so long to try the place! I will certainly be eating there again so I can try everything! It’s a good place to eat and the staff folks are friendly and patient. I highly recommend the Green Valley Cafe.

We were staying in Sanger for 3 days to attend a family wedding. I wanted a “homemade” breakfast and found Green Valley Cafe when I googled. Staff was so friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. Amazing biscuits! I enjoyed it so much I went again the next morning and brought 2 family members. We all enjoyed it. I would recommend this cafe to anyone traveling in the area.

Wow, exceptional everything. I live in Sherman, camping at Ray Roberts, and found this across the dam. I had the country skillet and my buddy did as well. We both were very impressed, excellent flavor, cooked perfect. Service was exceptional as well. I’ll be back!

Looking for a small location or cafe that serves breakfast all day and also has a lunch menu. Well, here is the place. Good food, not too busy. Clean location with plenty of parking. Now the food well, this was our first time here, it was a good portion for the Mrs. (Kid’s french toast), my son didn’t miss a beat or even take a breath as he ate the country fried steak w/ double hasbrowns! The jalopeno burger w/ pepper jack cheese and grilled onions were not only filling but good!! We all talked about how good our meals were afterward. I even got to take the last 2 bites of my son’s chicken fried steak. Needless to say, we all left out of there with bellies full and happy we tried something new.

Only giving 4 stars because wait time was a bit long. Took about 40 mins from when we ordered to when we received our food. (There was a big table that was served right before us)
I’ve tried this place twice now and the first time was opening day. I did a pick up order and asked for the AB hamburger, but they gave us the regular basic one. Still was pretty good. Onion rings are the best compared to the French fries in my opinion.
Second time I decided to try something different and got the Cali eggs Benedict. My Bf got the breakfast burrito. Of course I had to try a bite and I preferred his burrito. The green salsa is SO DANG GOOD. Get the green salsa!
My only recommendation would be for them to turn on the tv or play some music. It was a bit to quiet and you could hear everyone’s conversations.
Overall so far, staff is is super nice and definitely recommend!

Stopped in for the first time today at the request of my Gma wanting a good bacon burger for her birthday and Green Valley Cafe came through like a champ. I had their catfish which was AMAZIBAWLZ. 12/10 will have to come back up here and give their breakfast menu a go.
