I went in and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 French fries to go being new to the area as my husband is ill and he was craving barbecue pork and said they they have wonderful sandwiches period although they might have wonderful sandwiches, the young girl working this evening. We had a band of about 100 coming through Dora, headed to a playoff football game.
I contacted GreenTop BBQ about a week or so ahead of time and asked them if they could cater food for us to a local church that was allowing us to stop in and rest and change in to uniforms.
Green Too gave us amazing prices, had the food to the church at the specified time, was extremely friendly and easy to work with over the phone. The food was amazing, and the saices were magnificent to boot!!
Our Ashville Bulldog Band would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and we are so grateful to you and your team for making our trip so much easier on us!!

Maybe me but the sauce is not what it used to be. I’ll be there for 40 plus years now. I liked it well enough that I drove over 50 miles to get there this time. I have to say the place is packed, so we did not wait. Gives me not knowing about the atmosphere.

Usually the fried pickles are cooked perfectly but today they was so burnt I couldn’t eat but just a few and even them was so hard I could barely chew them. Also they put fries in our other chicken finger box instead of fried pickles but I’m glad now since they burnt the ones in this box. They have the best banana pudding though! Disappointed today with my food but it’s not always this bad!

The smoked ham is my favorite. I bought 2 pounds for Thanksgiving, and am picking up 2 pounds for Christmas. That’s a just-right amount for a family of 2 to have for a few meals and several sandwiches. I use the ham in purple hull peas and black eyed peas. Two pounds may last us until New Year’s Day. If not, I’ll order more.

We waited a very long time, and when we eventually got our food, the only thing that was hot was the fries… BBQ sandwiches and cheeseburgers were cold! It’s overpriced already, but to wait forever for cold food and then pay those prices is pretty sad. It’s definitely not Leo & Susie’s anymore.

LOVE the pork potato with pork and white sauce! It’s the only thing I ever get. My guest got a hamburger with baked beans and said it was outstanding.
