I have mild Hashimotos, so you can imagine a lot of the delicious food in the Big Easy doesn’t always agree with me. This place was awesome- their Cobb salad and vegan ranch was absolutely delicious. I was pretty surprised for a grab-and-go spot. But it was perfect and tasted wonderful. Sit-down restaurant quality flavor. Staff were also super friendly.

I work nearby and go occasionally. The food is generally good, though limited. –which if fine. The specials are generally good. I normally like the staff. Today, however, I had a crummy experience. I’m not sure why businesses have “promo” things that they email you when often they drive me away with all of the limits, etc. placed on them. Better not to have one at all then to have one that is going to turn people off. So I had gotten a $5 off promo code I think for my birthday back in february. I had taken a picture of it. When I went in, I showed the young woman behind the counter the picture of it with the code on my phone and asked her if it were still valid before ordering. I thought she’d enter it in the computer and check or something. She just looked at it, and said, “yeah., why do you ask?” I said “because sometimes they expire or have limits. I just want to check before I order anything.” She said “yeah.” So I said, “Ok, so it is valid, no problem?” i double checked because she didn’t really seem to be looking at it. She said yes. So I ordered stuff. Then I’m being rung up–“Oh, normally these don’t expire, but this one has for some reason.” Did they honor it anyway? No. When I expressed my annoyance, the other young woman said, “well, I don’t think she can really look at your phone.” I don’t know–if a customer asks about your promo code, I think you should check it before they buy stuff. Really annoying. So, yes, the promo code worked in getting me to come back in after months of not going, and now it has driven me away with a bad taste in my mouth. I bought the food anyway, but I have to say, it doesn’t taste good when shops are so inconsiderate of their customers.

Get your GREEN on!! Bike Delivery! …was excited to check this place out but when we arrived at 7:15 the door was locked, and they gestured to wait 10 minutes. Unfortunately we had a narrow window to grab breakfast and had to walk away. Daily muffin special looks great. Somewhat surprised they didn’t have smoothies or juices on their menu, but the salad bar seems top notch. Way To Go!

I went there expecting an experience of a lifetime. I ordered a salad and It was brought and It looked really nice. Just when I was about to eat I saw a fly on the salad. No sooner had I called the waiter, another customer realized her food had a cockroach. One should visit here if his or her favorite food is flies and cockroaches.

Food is ok. Got a sloppily made wrap that was barely put together. Didn’t seem that busy to just slop all ingredients in there and barely wrap it. Fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Too expensive for not that great of food.
