The service was good. Nice and friendly. However the food, not at all. First time here, ordered a machaca burrito. I payed $20 for a Jamaica and a potato burrito. The machaca was non existent!

I got a breakfast burrito and I thought that it would be delicious as I expected but I was wrong. It was so dry, much drier than the IE. Maybe it was missing something. At least I had plenty of sauces to add. Service was good. I was greeted and smiled at. I would give it another try but not the breakfast.

The menu say $15 for avocado burrito. I got charge $20 for one. Not sure if they charge $5 for the meat cuz they didn’t tell me. Be carful of pricing here cuz they may charge you extra for anything. I told them I didn’t want bean so they let me sub it with rice. One review say it is too much filling and not enough meat and I agree. For $15 it wasn’t too bad but $20 is a scam. There so little meat for $20 and barely any avocado. They also don’t know how to fill it cuz the cheese was cold and unmelted on one side. Then the other was mostly lettuce and rice til half way when you finally get meat and avocado. I would be carful ordering cuz the prices aren’t the same as the menu. The instagram video I saw say best green salsa but it is very watery. I wouldn’t come back cuz the weird extra charges and mediocre food for that price too.

My review is only about the breakfast burritos. Breakfast burritos are very important in Riverside, and I have had them from most places. However, Green Taco’s breakfast burritos are just better. The ingredients are the same, but something in the prep makes them better, lighter, fluffier, and overall superior to the others. They just hit. Service is also on point, fast, and efficient. Go check it out, and you will see what I am talking about.

Was going home to San Diego from Las Vegas and made a pit stop here since it was on the way home. I got the Gordo breakfast burrito for $20. Was supposed to be their “big” burrito but I was disappointed by the size. I’ve had “big” burritos that were the size of my arm. This one was only the size of my hand, my hand is large, size 16 ring. I think they use “big” loosely. The ingredients were good nice and delicious and not with an overly sodium nasty feeling after.

This restaurant is the best! They have excellent customer service, excellent attitudes, excellent food, and excellent expectations out of their employees. The food was delicious and the prices are definitely fair. I had a breakfast burrito and it was the best I ever had. It’s family owned so it’s definitely has one mind set and that’s to serve the customers. It’s a clean atmosphere and they stay busy. Check it out!!!
