I recently visited green star in Chicago with two friends, and we were extremely disappointed with our experience. Despite the cold weather and everyone wearing hoodies, we were not allowed entry. The staff was unaccommodating and did not provide any reasonable explanation for their decision. This left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and inclusive environment.

Wonderful place! Place manager is wonderful, and always makes sure everyone is taken care of. The guy who works there when he sees my husband I walking down the street into the establishments has our drinks ready, and is ready to help us out before we even walk in! Definitely recommend this place. The gaming zone is also great, I always win a couple of hundred every time!

Would not let me use the bathroom, even though the entire place was empty at 2:50pm on a Tuesday. I even offered to pay a dollar or two and was denied.
