I was here for a private event so my time is based off of that. It was such a special event, and it was well done, start to finish. The location is perfect, on the Main Street, with docks on the front, such a treat for someone from the mountains. The atmosphere was inviting, the staff were friendly, attentive, & helpful. The food that was served was magnificent. Nothing short of mouth watering, flavorful, pure enjoyment. We had multiple different pizza styles, and appetizers/finger foods. The event was a wine & cheese tasting (my first ever!) and I was blown away. The cheese was exemplary – delicious – different – life changing. The wine was, not for me, but I like a specific wine in general so this was expected. The owner/host was phenomenal. Educating us on the cheese/wine – giving us ample time to taste, converse, & move on to the next – a nice flowing pace, clearly this man is talented & knows what he is doing. The cheese/wine was focused on Spain, requested by a soon to be bride/groom – & I will say that I was educated & got to experience a part of the world I had never been to, on this evening. All I know is the next time I am in Beaufort, I am going to return. Without a doubt, the entire experience of this event was incredible. I was fortunate to be apart of it. I cannot wait to return for a regular trip! I highly recommend booking this for a special night, & I’m going to take a shot in the dark & say if it’s this amazing for an event, a regular stop in for a drink and food will be a treat on its own.

I had 1 drink at another bar. Walked to the Green Room and went in with an empty cup as there were no trash cans outside and asked the bar tender to please throw it out. A few minutes later, tried to order a drink and was refused. She asked if I was driving and if I was ordering food and said that I “seemed under the influence” and she didn’t feel comfortable serving me. She also couldn’t tell me “why” she thought I was under the influence.
So bottom line I guess is, if you’re a type ‘A’ personality, tone it down if you go to this bar because I was just being myself and apparently that makes me seem drunk.
That was ridiculous and won’t be going back.

Nice, bustling eatery on the waterfront. Lots of dockside tables, spacious bar & indoor seating to beat the heat. Very good assortment of menu pizzas (all custom) & hearty sammies to try. Great selection of brews to enjoy. Gets busy quick around dinner so plan accordingly. Really great place!

Lots of dockside tables, spacious bar and indoor seating. Good variety of pizzas and sandwiches. Nice drink menu also.
We went at an off time so there was no wait, but would bet this place get packed and quick!

Astronomy Demon
The pizza was light and airy, it felt refreshing. Staff gave good recommendations on food, and were overall pleasant, kept our waters full. The crust is phenomenal, would definitely recommend.

My friend and I just stopped in the Green Room for a cocktail. The bar only had 3 other customers and the bar tender completely ignored us and mixed drinks for 2 of the others that came in after we were seated at the bar! We left and will not go back!! This was very disappointing as the bar was nice and we were looking for new places to send people when they come to visit.

It gets cramped and loud around 5pm until it closes. Even with that in mind, the bartenders are attentive and quick with orders.
