Delicious bubble tea. Fast and very friendly service. It’s a small family owned/operated shop right next to the movie theater box office. I don’t leave google reviews, but this one got me. The BBQ pork Bahn Mi was absolutely delicious! Twice as big as most and really fresh ingredients. The roll was huge and they filled it nicely. This is not a place you eat for atmosphere, but I would go back anytime I am nearby!!

Ordered takeout here on a busy evening. The service was excellent and our food was ready quickly. Both the pho and the chicken curry were excellent. We thought the food was well seasoned with balanced, full flavors. Bottom line: tasty food, good value, awesome staff…. this place will keep you coming back
