Haven’t been here in a very long time!
Had the special with 2 pastas and a free bottle of wine. Enjoyed our meals. Got the langostino lobster and shrimp pasta and Italian Mac and cheese and salads.
Both were tasty but very rich. The mac&cheese a large portion but WAY too rich to eat even half of it. Probably wouldn’t get mac&chz again. Hubby said his was quite rich too but the seafood mellowed it out. The side salads were very good.
Will come back and try something different!

First time at this restaurant. Was served bread with a really good whipper butter to pair it with.
We chose the deep dish pizza. It was very good! Will definitely be back for another one! Asked for extra cheese

Was there last night for dinner. Was seated in the back of the restaurant by the area that usually has events/large parties. Placed an order for garlic cheese bread, before ordering our pizza (which took 35 minutes). The garlic bread came out three minutes before the pizza. What is the point of an appetizer then?
A large party came in with lots of kids being extremely loud (fine). Management didn’t bother to come ask if we wanted to move, we the customers had to ask if it was okay to move. After moving our service was completely ignored, maybe one drink refill offered, nobody checking on us if wanted anything else, had to wait 20 minutes extra after our dishes had been cleared for the check.
Addressed the concerns with the manager and typically I am not that kind of person. Manager couldn’t have cared less for the feedback.
Will not be returning and instead will go to the location in Hudson.

Green Mill has decent pizza. I ordered a deep dish pizza with pepperoni on it. The crust was lighter than other deep dish crusts that I have had from other places. It only took about thirty minutes for it to cook. It was able to feed two people and fill us both up. The crust end of each individual slice was very large and took up a lot of the surface area. The sauce was good and the pepperoni was tasty. I was able to try a piece of the other pizza that was ordered at my table. This was a sausage pizza. The pizza was around seventeen dollars and it fed one person very full. This pizza was also lighter and did not have a lot of sauce on it. The sausage pieces were delicious. The parmesan cheese shaker at our table got stuck very often and made it hard to pour out. Also, the first glass of water I had was good, but the second glass had a metallic taste to it. My original impression of Green Mill was that it is expensive and bad. I would now say that Green Mill is only kind of expensive and decent.

Service was great but the food could’ve been better. The sweet heat street tacos were good but the deep dish pizza was made wrong. The dough didn’t have much air in it like it didn’t rise properly or was over-kneaded so it was like regular crust but extra dense and dry. It was like a they put a regular pizza in a deep dish pan. Disappointing since the deep dish pizza should be their specialty.

Our Green Mill experience was okay. To start off, we asked to be seated at a booth but the hostess said they didn’t have any open. (We saw several open and they stayed open our entire time there…) We then waited about 25 minutes before our server even came to our table to take our drink order. And then I was pretty bummed to hear that the coronarita is no longer available. (Tbh, it was my reason for going to Green Mill in the first place but I digress) I ended up getting the Millarita but don’t think it was as good as their coronarita.
The deep dish pizza we ordered was delicious, hot and cooked perfectly. The Buffalo wings were okay at best. We had an issue with a couple of the wings being undercooked but we spoke with the manager and he discounted the wings for the inconvenience. He assured me that they bake the wings first and then deep fry so it’s unlikely that they’re raw but he gave us a discount for the trouble.
The portions were very generous for the kids meals and they gobbled them up.
All in all, not the best dining experience but certainly not the worst. The deep dish pizza was delicious though so I will probably go back just for that. I hope our dining experience is better next time.

Green Mill has the best deep dish pizza in town! The pizza is consistently delicious and the service is fantastic! Rebecca was especially accommodating! The pizza is my favorite, but full disclosure… The restaurant was way too loud for me. The whole restaurant was quite loud, but the pizza is well worth it!

Was out here about a week ago, around Tuesday evening at about 7pm with my wife and 2yr old. It wasn’t too busy, a few tables with families and some people at the bar area. We got seated with no issue with staff walking around. We were seated next to another small family enjoying their meal (thought we’d enjoy ourselves too).
We waited more than 10-15 without being acknowledged by anyone, no water, nothing, staff walked by without saying anything, we tried to get their attention but they looked/ walked away before we had a chance. At that point we decided to leave and told the front desk staff no one came by and helped us so we’re leaving, he apologized but at that point we weren’t going to stay any longer.
I noticed that right when we got to our car a waiter came by the family that we sat next to and helped them, kind of convenient how that worked out. Would not be going here anytime soon.
