Horrible experience. I was taken back by the treatment I received by the person taking my order . She was downright rude . Approached her and ordered a smoothie , I had a quick follow up question , she snaps and yells and said do you want it or no ? In the rudest uncalled for manner . Appalling I would be treated that way . It was embarrassing to be treated that way especially since I was paying for a $7 drink that didn’t come out right anyway , I ended up trashing the drink right after I payed for it because I was so taken back about how I was treated . I thought a smoothie should have been blended but this was just liquid with ice

This review is only for this location. There’s one at Philadelphia International Airport that really rocks! This one is obviously owned by different people.
Portion sizes are too carefully measured and do NOT come out looking like the photos. I ordered a new all veggie sandwich on naan bread that I think was called the Farmhouse. The description sounded good, but what I thought would be a freshly made salad with hummus on it was prepared ahead of time in a tub and measured out in ice cream scoops. Because it was sitting around so long, it had far too much liquid and really soaked the break, making it a mess to eat (not in a good way). The layer of hummus that was advertised was spread on so thin, you could barely tell it was there. It was mostly bread, and so skimpy, I would never eat there again. I’ve eaten at the airport location many times and the wraps, salads and sandwiches are all very fresh, with generous portion sizes. You feel you’ve gotten a meal. This was to be dinner and it felt like a snack. For $8.26 including tax, it was a giant rip-off.

I work in the outlets so im always looking for healthy options to eat at plus close by, and unfortunately this is the only option in the mall. I wouldnt mind spending $10 on a salad if the person making my salad didn’t scold me for picking my toppings out of order, or even making me bag my own salad. If I were the owner of this restaurant I would take these reviews and consider making changes at your business, or else you will have no customers. As of right now I will NO LONGER purchase from your business as well as the additional 2 you have in the food court.

I had the mango magic smoothie only.
The price was okay.
Here’s what bothered me :
– I ordered it and was tge only one in line and right away quicker than a jack rabbit on a date the guy goes “5.89$”. I’m thinking okay you’ve made me nothing yet but whatever I’ll pay and wait then. The guy was really nice tho so don’t get me wrong.
– The next thing tho and also sometimes unfortunately have to witness it but dred it everytime, The worker who just took my cash in his hand, granted he was not handling any food directly with his hands should have NO MATTER WHAT been wearing Gloves around the food period, weather or not he handed it directly or indirectly, you go near it , gloves are on immediately in my opinion.
– The shake taste could of had more fruit but I’m sure he’s told how much to use and can’t break the rule, but definitely should of had more in it.
– Last and I don’t know what it was about but he started leaning out over the counter after being finished with my order to chat in Spanish with another worker behind the counter at another food stand. Not that bad I guess had it been in English because I had no idea if he was calling me an idiotic horse tooth jackass or something, he could of been but probably was not but who knows.

Excellent food & service…. Staff was friendly, courteous, and the food was fresh, and prepared quickly…I did the create your own salad, topped with falafel….. Yum!…. Will definitely dine there again… Thank you 🙂

1st visit here was thrilled with the prospect of having a healthier choice …right up until I came face to face with the woman behind the counter she was older so I will give her extremely slow speed the benefit of the doubt, dropping rice on the counter and next to the heating pots scooping it into her hand and dropping it into my bowl was not, her general surly attitude and permanently affixed scowl were not professional also yelling at the customer in front of me for reminding her she forgot the onions on his order not a good representative for the business .price was pretty steep for what you get (but typical for mall fare) and the food was very bland ….save your time and money and hit up one of the local restaurants around the mall
