I absolutely adore this place. First of all, the smoothies are fresh, delicious and super well balanced (speaking as a person who loved good healthy food and is also a nutritionist). Secondly, I love the coziness, quietness, calmness and colorfulness of this place. So soothing. And thirdly, ladies (I experienced to be served only by ladies) are nice and informative, professional and super kind. Thank you. I was there already a few times and will be back for sure 🙂

Cute little business in the heart of Cheyenne. It’s a wellness center with a smoothie shop. The owners are very nice and helpful. The smoothie shop offers over 20 smoothie recipes made with all natural; clean and 100% plant-based ingredients. I got the Big smoothie and it was delicious, refreshing and top tier. My hubbz got the chocolate shake smoothie and he really liked it. Five star service and smoothies.

Cute Lil hang out with some amaaaaazing smoothies! My mom got the amethyst and i got the ruby red you can taste every ingredient. There were also cute lil gifts you can purchase that are made in house. Books and games you can play if wanted while you hang out and enjoy your smoothie

These sweet ladies run the best smoothie shop I have ever been to. All their smoothies are the best but my all time favorite is the flu-b-gone! It just warms my soul even though it is cold. Please run over them and give them a try you won’t be disappointed with the product or the customer service. PS love their homemade goat soap too!!!!

Smoothie was pretty good! Tasted a bit like concentrate to me. My biggest complaint is the lady making my smoothie didn’t talk to me at all. Didn’t say hi, didn’t engage, and didn’t even tell me the price just showed me the screen with the price on it. The building decor is adorable. But they don’t Run air conditioning, it was so hot in there that I left sweaty. On a 90• day no A/C is unbareable.

I absolutely adore Brenda and her family— their shop is so welcoming and comfortable. She really puts her heart and soul into all the individual care she provides as a nutritional kinesiologist and holistic practitioner. I have worked with several wonderful practitioners in the integrative, Western and Eastern medicine fields and Brenda is the real deal. Their smoothie formulas are not only clearly educated in beneficial composition but delicious and perfectly balanced. This is a very forward thinking, dedicated holistic health center that Cheyenne is extremely fortunate have— I used to drive hours away to access anything like this. So grateful for her mission of passion to truly, deeply, help people. One of my absolute favorite businesses to open that our community truly needs!
