Met some new friends for lunch in this casual, homey neighborhood restaurant. I had a tossed salad, no biggie, I know, but it was fresh and crispy. A friend had the special, Country Fried Steak. It looked perfect, smelled great, with no shortage of food on the platter-shaped plate. The friend announced it tasted even better than it looked. Mary, the server, was polite, efficient, and pleasant, with a side of humor, which is always a plus. Thanks for a great lunch, Green Garden!

The service was great. Like an old diner type place. Lot of locals that waitresses know very well. A lot of bantering back and forth. The food was just ok. Could not eat all of my steak sandwich. It was like a processed flat steak pattie not shaved steak or anything. Also ended up not feeling well that night and next day. Kids burgers were pretty good. As much as i liked the bantering and atmospere we will not be going back.

Hometown friendly service with awesome breakfasts and sandwiches. Great place to swing in and grab good food quickly. They do an awesome chicken salad melt. All their sandwiches are good too. Everyone loves their fried chicken which is very easy to order ahead and serve for big groups. They are super accommodating and easy to work with. Great local joint!

First time eating here today. I called to order carry out. The girl (Mary) on the phone was very rude when taking my order and also very rude when picking up my order. And heaven forbid they give you a bag for your food or silverware with your to go order. I heard so many good things about this place . However i more than likely will not be returning due to the lack of customer service.

I like this little place! The lady who served me was very nice. The burger was tasty and the homemade cherry pie that I ate on the road driving with a spoon was absolutely fantastic and totally hit the spot.

Best bacon/cheeseburger I’ve had in quite a while! Cream of mushroom soup was obviously made from scratch and was outstanding . Great service and very fair price for fresh food done well!
