First time at this food truck. Offers the typical Mexican fair with an extensive meat selection. Prices seem decent. I ordered the Barbacoa burrito which came with guac sour cream beans rice lettuce. On the side, you can have mild or hot sauce. Rita was good sized hefty. Near the end it started to bust out of the bottom seam. Burrito is hot meat was even hotter in the burrito temperature wise meat was tender, and a good portion. The hot sauce had a little bit of a kick at first, but died down for me in the end. It was a really good burrito and I would come back again to try other items. They seem to get a decent amount of customers as well since I got there there was only one person ahead of me by the time I left a couple dozen had shown up and picked up orders as well

This is one of the best Taco Trucks I have ever been to, and I’ve lived in LA, DC, & Dallas. Their portions are generous, their prices are fair/low, and their quality is beyond exceptional. I have found an essential spot I bring people to that visit from out of town. Their burritos are seriously amazing. They even put guac and potatoes in them, and they have a pleasant spiciness to them.

Incredible food. Everything slaps, but I’m a huge fan of the breakfast burritos (without meat or with barbacoa) or their barbacoa lunch burrito, in particular. Their barbacoa is the best I’ve ever had! Also the people that run the food truck are very nice.

Great little taco truck! Super friendly staff and incredible food. Got the Barbacoa burrito and it was phenomenal. Little bit of spice to it. Food was out really quickly and served HOT. Giant burrito for $12 including quac.

Tried them one day during my lunch break and I have been back every week since. There food is amazing! I’m from Texas so I’m very picky about my tacos and haven’t been able to find a place up to my standards in colorado until now. Their Barbacoa is the best I have ever had.

Little outside the main functions of Boulder, but definitely worth it. The special, birria tacos, were fantastic. 3 for 17 might seem pricey, but they are filled with meat and cheese, sides included are cucumbers, sautéed onions, roasted jalapeño, and two additional hot sauces. The birria dip was fantastic and sent these tacos over the top. Worth the drive.

I work nearby and a group of us try to go by every Tuesday. I get the special (quesabirria) almost every time because it’s just so dang good. Their tacos are also prime, love the chicken and asada especially. I’ve personally never had their burritos or quesadillas but they always look and smell good when my coworkers get them. Staff are always friendly and the price point is reasonable, especially for the quality. Can’t say enough good things about Green Cube and I hope they never move locations.
