This place is very clean and has a nice exotic vibe. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The fish curry is rich and flavorful, and the chicken in the chicken curry is tender and delicious. The garlic naan is full of aroma and perfectly done, full of fresh garlic aroma. We visited a bit late, but there were still plenty of takeout orders — clearly a popular spot! One of our favorite Indian restaurants, love this place!

Went with my family and had a great experience. We ordered chicken sekuwa, garlic naan, chicken curry, and gulab jamun — everything was fresh and full of flavor. The chicken was well cooked and juicy, naan was soft, and the curry had a rich taste. Service was quick, staff were polite, and the place was clean with a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

First time trying this place and my family and I were impressed by the taste. We got goat biriyani, mushroom pilaf rice & shrimp dish. Everything tasted so good and we finished all in one sitting. While we had takeout, the dine in area was cozy and welcoming. Capacity for about 30+ people, they also serve liquor. Great small place if you’re looking for a quiet place with awesome food.

This is a must visit, or do take out! The food was excellent, very flavorful & good size portions. The service was excellent. I took away a star only because there is no ambiance to speak of. I think more authentic character would really add to the dining experience.

Wow, what an amazing experience for lunch today at green chilli! We work up the hill and came to try their lunch special and it was beyond our expectations, food had great quality and taste, big portions and amazing price and the worker was super kind and attentive. Will 100% be back

We ordered beef and chicken biryani and we liked it! We requested not spicy and it was just right. Didn’t expect this big serving, almost good for 2-3 person per order. Definitely recommended.

Nice restaurant for Indian & Nepali food. Restaurant has ample dinning area with tables, bar, washroom and parking. Great ambience curteous staff & clean washrooms. Food was great however not super spicy if thats what you are looking for. But people who love mild and medium spicy will love the taste. Lot of vegetarian options and options for kids they have soft and hard drinks. I liked the chai tea which is not too thick if thats what you are looking for. We tried Veg manchurian, hakka noodles, chilli paneer, veg momos, mango and sweet lassi, veg sewku which was the best its a sizzler type dish must try. Price wise its about average however certain dish like sewku were expensive to its quantity. Over all quantity was decent. Its worth trying out this restaurant. I recently came from UK to Calgary and gave Green Chili Walden a try and OH MY, hands down the best Indian/nepalese food I have had in my life! Service was fast and very friendly and the food was fresh with the perfect blend of flavour. Definitely give this place a try and you won’t regret it!!

We did order for take out. All 12 garlic naans taste like rubber & chicken tikka masala didn’t taste like tikka masala at all. It tastes like regular gravy with chicken. Upon calling the restaurant, they offered to replace 4 naans instead.
