They will fill your information and assign you the dock, you just leave the papers on the back of the trailer and you will get your pod at a same place once they done off loading you. This company is an actual scam with the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Not the specific people working customer service, but the policy guiding their actions. Their hands are tied by Green Chef, which does not care about customer retention. Green Chef is a subsidiary of Hello Fresh, and is recommended to you when you try to cancel Hello Fresh. Likely this is a way for Hello Fresh to squeeze some money out of customers who are likely going to leave anyways, but keep their name clean.

Received my first box after trying to switch from Hello Fresh. Upon opening I noticed a rancid smell. My two bags of shrimp were completely thawed and both bags popped open ALL over my other bags of food. My two other items of meat were not frozen at all. Whoever packed my box did not do their diligence in ensuring the ice was packed correctly. All my food was covered in shrimp juice and warm. Will NOT be ordering from them again.

I have been subscribing since 2020, so three years as the time of this review. Over than time, eating Green Chef and working out more regularly I dropped 42 pounds. The meals are easy to prepare, are whole foods, and my package, Keto, takes the guess work and planning out of my weight loss. Not to mention the food is just downright tasty. We love the variety and sauces. Tastes like restaurant-quality at home. If I can lose the weight with this food, so can you.

My first box with them never showed up. I was still charged for it, but they offered me a credit of $175 to be used in 8 weeks… what a joke. It’s not ok to pay for something you never receive! They gave me the run around for two days over it. Their customer service must also be based overseas, as it’s challenging to speak with the customer team or get any type of answers. I would not recommend. Will be going elsewhere.

Came here after an app hooked me up with a job. Pay is 18.50 an hour and you can sign up for the shifts that you would like. There was nobody to help me even though it was my first day I had to figure it out myself. But work is decently easy and nice to be able to come in when you need some money. They also gave free lunch. If you are looking for a job shifts are offered on the app Wonolo.

Just read the bad reviews to get a true feel for this company. I’ve been forced too receive 2 unwanted boxes @ this time. 1 processed hours after I called to cancel. I’ve also like others received questionable produce. There are many other companies out there that have a better track record than this place.
