My husband and I came with our grandson at 10 1/2. We selected Greenbrook pancake house because we want somebody who specialize in pancakes pancakes, Then when we saw the sign advertising AllAmerican breakfast was 7.99. Two eggs your choice of meat, home fries, and three pancakes, what a parking. We all ordered one. One came with bacon one chose sausages and I chose ham. It was a big slice of ham. And the pancakes were perfectly done. My grandson got a hot chocolate with a big double of whipped cream that he was just thrilled with Line the service was friendly and quite prompt cause my grandson didn’t get itchy. We will return.

I feel bad about this. Because I’ve been here quite a few times but I can’t go back anymore. Service here has always been rude especially being sent to your table. I feel like we’re being marched there. I’ve had problems with dirty silverware and plates. I had to send things back. I couldn’t use any knives because they were so dirty with what looks like streaks of ketchup. I’m tired of asking for new silverware every time. The food is always cold their prices aren’t much cheaper but I like their combos so I tried to keep coming back. It’s anyways a mistake. You think a place so busy on the weekends would serve piping hot food. It’s always cold including the service. There’s other options out there.

This has become a weekly visit for me and my family. Everything on the menu tastes fantastic and it’s so well priced. They could increase the cost by 50% and it’d still be a good deal. The food comes out quickly which is helpful when you have a toddler. For us, it’s the best diner in this part of Jersey.

Wish I could describe the food but we were never served. Having a few extra minutes after our work meeting we were excited to for once get a sit-down meal. We asked for water to start, eventually closed our menus and sat patiently for roughly half an hour. We alerted staff we had yet to be helped, they assured us someone was coming shortly. Nobody ever showed up at the table and we left. We weren’t even asked for drinks, the only reason we got water is because I asked the seater when we were shown our table.
Very disappointing. Two stars cause the place was clean and the food looked/smelled great. They just didn’t care at all to ask if we wanted any!

Service is spectacular, but the food is awful. Unsure if everyone who reviewed never had a delicious breakfast before but this was far from good. They used shredded American cheese — who does that? Pancakes aren’t sweet, blueberry pancakes were awful. Cheap tea. Cheap ingredients. Never again

My husband’s family and I used to eat here almost every weekend when it was Perkins. We thought the restaurant changed ownership but no: apparently it has been the same owner, just with a different name. The menu didn’t change that much and all comfort foods are still there! Anything on the menu tasted great! My husband loves their country fried steak with gravy. Their pancakes are fluffy and not dry at all. For the price, we have zero complaint. They also do a breakfast special for $6.99 before 11am on work days.

I gave the Greenbrook Pancake House a three only because of the muffins. I use to stop by weekly to get muffins. My sister also. About a month ago my sister said she was not going back due to the taste of the muffins. I went last week and the Corn Muffin that I got was not done. The Muffin was full of grasn and tasted raw and very doughy. It was not done. I don’t know if they got another baker but thebaked goods are not the same.
I want the old tasty muffins back. I also have bought chocolate chip cookies there twice and they were hard as a rock.
Please management follow up and taste the baked goods.

I come here often to dine-in with my family for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. I like to try out different dishes every time if I’m feeling adventurous. I like the food here but some dishes are definitely better than others flavor-wise. Service is quick, we typically get seated within 5-10 minutes, and our food comes out pretty fast after ordering. It’s in a nice location off of route 22 with other stores nearby. Overall, good experience and worth trying.

Liked this place once, don’t know if they changed cooks or what but these last few times have been misses. Service is mid and was charged for full entrees I never ate.

I went to this establishment and I left fulfilled. I came in today and a lovely mannered young man served my food- and my food was luscious- the pancakes are definitely worth the money. Thank you for such a delightful treat.
