The pancakes are huge and crispy, and kind of have the texture of crumpets! In a good way though. They waitress who served us was really friendly, but there was another one who didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. Although the decor is a bit cold, the building is really pretty and they have outside seating too.

My daughter and I absolutely love this place. The food is delicious and the service is great. Perfect little hole in the wall to enjoy a weekend breakfast together!

Owner leaves nasty notes on people’s cars if you park out front despite knowing they use public street parking. This place has lost a lot of business in the last few months from neighbors from behavior. Only good thing this place has going is their waitress Kristen.

This place is super cute and food was yummy! Kids had smoothies (they loved them) and pancakes and we ordered a veggie omelet. The omelet came with toast and homefries that were just the way I like them – not under cooked, crispy and seasoned well.
Will definitely be back!

Came in with my girlfriend on a sunday. The place was not very busy but it still took a while for someone to come take our coffee orders. My girlfriend got a “dirty” chai that we were quite sure didn’t have any espresso in it so we asked for an extra shot of espresso. We had to remind them twice what we had asked for. The food took some time and after two to three bites of her omelet my girlfriend found a hair inside the omelet. She brought the plate up to the register and then shortly after a woman, not sure if she was the manager or owner, came over and tried to say that it was “cheese” and that they didn’t have anyone in the kitchen with long hair, it felt very much like she was implying that it was my girlfriends hair, now if it had been on top that would be partially believable but the hair was INSIDE the omelet so that’s just not possible. She tried to say they would just discount the omelet but my girlfriend took maybe three bites so we asked that it be removed from the bill. It then took some time for the bill to come and once it did arrive I ended up just waking it up to the counter, where I definitely saw someone with long hair in the kitchen. The young man who was our waiter was very nice and we do appreciate that there wasnt any pushback about removing the omelet from the bill, but it was our first time eating there and I can say with confidence that we will not be returning. The way the manager/owner reacted to us finding hair in the food was really unprofessional and honestly ruined the rest of the (not very good) meal.

When I go there, my favorites are the blueberry muffin and the western omelette always cooked to perfection. My favorite place in North Andover to eat breakfast.

It may have been an off day for them. We were the only people in there. A party of 3. We waited so long for our food, we were in the process of walking out when it finally came to the table.
Our coffee was barely warm when we got it. As soon as the cream went into it, the cream curdled.
Our server was nice enough, but seemed very distracted.
We went here because we had gone once before and had a positive experience.
It will be a while before we try again.

Great little spot! Excellent food. My wife loved the gluten free pancakes. Took a little longer due to taking care with the gluten free option. We were told it would be a little longer wait, but we’ll worth it!
