The service was excellent — very kind, attentive, and special. The menu is extensive, with so many appealing options.
I ordered the chicken platter with rice and salad. The food arrived quickly and everything was super fresh.
The chicken was juicy, delicious, and beautifully presented.
The sauce was amazing.
The salad was fresh and full of bold, balanced flavors. I absolutely loved it!

The food here really surprised me! The chicken souvlaki was very tender and moist in a way many other Greek restaurants don’t get right. The rice was okay, but the eggplant fries were great! My wife ordered the Moussaka which was the standout for me, the flavor was incredible. Additionally, the restaurant has a cute deck in the back. Check this place out on Wednesdays for half off wine!

We started with the grilled octopus appetizer — it was well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken gyro which I loved, especially the fries- had a strong lemony flavor, which might not be for everyone, but I personally enjoyed it. Finished the meal with a pistachio baklava for dessert — it was so good, definitely a must-try!The only downside was the chairs; they’re a bit low, which made it tricky to sit up close while eating.

Great food served brilliantly by the rather lovely and super attentive Holly. I had lamb gyro sliders and dolmades. Both were super tasty!
Will definitely return!

I was so excited to try this place because I love Greek food and the pictures looked good but unfortunately it didn’t deliver. My fries were still frozen on the inside so I called to let them know and she told me it’s because I drove home. Whaaaaat!!!Now it was cold that day but not to the point that it should freeze my fries. The hummus barely had flavor. I wish I wouldn’t have gotten it honestly. I was not satisfied with any of my food for the price paid. I will say the restaurant looked clean and I even would’ve came back to sit inside but after my first experience I won’t be back.

I was visiting from out of town and stopped at this restaurant for lunch. Although they were busy, customer service was wonderful. The food was fantastic as well! I ordered a chicken dish, and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further than Greek on Cary. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately feels like home. The food? Absolutely delicious. Each dish is bursting with authentic Greek flavors, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients that truly shine. Whether you’re enjoying a classic moussaka, a tender souvlaki, or indulging in their perfectly balanced tzatziki, you can tell every dish is crafted with care.
The service is top-notch as well, making you feel like you’re the most important guest in the room. And I can’t say enough about the owner, Alex. As a personal friend of mine, I can attest to the immense pride he takes in every aspect of his restaurant—from the food that leaves the kitchen to the vibe of the place. He truly pours his heart into creating a space where everyone feels welcomed, and it shows in every detail. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, you’ll leave feeling like part of the Greek on Cary family. Highly recommend!

We love it so much that we stop by to eat here every time we are in Richmond. The last time we didn’t like the lamb, though, it was too dry.

The unique decor is a nice touch and the ambiance was magnificent. Moreover, the service was stunning! The waitress was very nice, friendly, attentive and definitely knew how to advertise the dishes. She was so enthusiastic that you’d end up ordering more than you could eat just for the sake of not missing out.
Now the most important aspect, the food was decent, but not mind blowing, in my opinion. I’ll just describe one but the most important dish, to my mind. Among other dishes, we ordered the mixed grill so that we could have a taste of all different grilled meat options. I must say some of these were a bit tough, dry, under seasoned and most importantly they all could use a bit more flavor. The cut of the gyro showed space for improvement as well. Now I might still be nitpicking here, since the food overall is tasty nonetheless.
Cary Town is always tricky when it comes to finding a parking spot during rush hour, so be prepared! And this restaurant is also fairly busy, so wait time is not unexpected. Nevertheless, the place is worth a visit!
