We were standing at the host stand waiting for a while (but we did come around 2 pm). After we sat down our waitress was great. The food is pricey for what it is, but the portion sizes are good. It was very convenient in the hotel lobby though.

This is such a great spot! We were headed to the bride expo and needed to stop somewhere for a quick bite and a drink. We came to the Great Room at Keytower and it was perfect! The bartender was sweet and attentive. I’d come back!

Nice place to sit and eat in the Key Tower Marriott or just have a drink. Been here several times and enjoyed all of them.

I recently visited the Marriott Great Room and was disappointed with both the food and service. The crab cake was excessively salty and dry. The Caesar salad was underwhelming with dry, tasteless chicken, and the flatbread was unfortunately inedible due to its staleness and the quality of the meat on it.
The service was incredibly slow. We waited 45 minutes for our order in an almost empty restaurant. To add to the frustration, the check was handed to us abruptly, giving us the feeling that they wanted us leave.
Pretty disappointing experience overall.

I eat here often and it’s consistently good food and great service. The pulled pork sandwich and the Thai chicken salad are favorites. So flavorful and always delicious. The staff is friendly and personable, always there when you need them, and not when you don’t. They are upbeat and positive which reflects well on the management at Marriott and makes for a pleasant experience for all. Megan always goes above and beyond.

We were staying here and it was raining so we opted for “in building” and was totally amazed. For starters we had the best and most gorgeous hummus platter I have ever had, see the photo. The burger, fries, turkey club and chips were equally as good, but I am still shocked at the hummus platter.

Surprisingly good food and service plus great people watching. My wife and I ate here the evening after the women’s final four game and this hotel was the official hotel for the tournament, so quite the parade of fans, athletes and staff either celebrating or nursing hurt feelings.
No reason for a lobby restaurant in a major chain hotel to be any good but this one was, as testified by many of the reviews. I had the ribs and my wife had a cheese pizza. Both very worthy. Servers were hustling but helpful and polite.

While I love this hotel, the dining experience here is not great. The environment is incredibly noisy and the seating is less than comfortable and in the middle of major traffic ways between the hotel and the Fifth Third building. I actually ate here twice during my stay out of convenience needs. The burger I had the first night was just okay. The steak I had the second night was subpar at best. It was cooked okay, but low quality. Service both nights was less than friendly, and we had two instances of food coming out cold. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the Marriott. Go to one of those.

We stayed at the Marriott this past weekend. We were there for the wedding of our friends daughter. It was an awesome weekend. The brunch on Sunday was absolutely fabulous! The rooms were wonderful and I would have loved to have taken home one of those comforters and a pillow!
