The Sweater Weather and Campfire Mocha dont come sweetened, which is okay, but next time I’ll ask for one extra pump of sweetener. Also their children’s temp hot chocolate is perfect tempt for a kid and toddler, very good hot chocolate by the way. Staff was nice, warm, friendly. All of our cups had the Jesus loves you cup sleeves. I told my daughter to read her cup (she’s 6) and she was very excited to know that ‘they know Jesus! I’m so happy’ almost bouncing out of her seat.

I cannot rate the food, since this is a coffee/ drink place. My daughter asked me to take her here, since a friend had gone before and got her a drink that she loved. We went inside to order and how cute is this place?? It felt cozy to just come in, have a drink and do a little work if you wanted. Great place to meet up with friends for coffee!

Great first time experience! I’m not really a fancy coffee person, but I was out of creamer at the house and needed a coffee. The young lady helped me order exactly what I wanted. The coffee was great, and the price was much cheaper than other local chain coffee restaurants.

This church…. I don’t even know where to start. Between the music, the people, the kids teachers, the men who drive the golf carts when there is overflow parking. Every Sunday, somehow the preacher knows exactly what I’m personally going through. Add in the music, when these amazingly talented people move me emotionally when they sing/play instruments. As a fellow singer, I know how rewarding it is to “move” someone while enjoying and presenting music… thank you all for what you do… and thank you to Mel for the cookies If you aren’t going here, you’re missing out!!!

I found this place while I was at work and I must say.. this will be my new place to buy a frappe! The atmosphere is chill which I love because after a long day I need a place to drink a nice frappe and relax. They have all kinds of different drinks and snacks. The inside is so cute! And I love the fact that they have a place for kids to go as well( they have a children place where the children can have story time and things like that. I just read the wall I really didn’t inquire too much about it). My opinion THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST CARMEL FRAPPE EVER! If you are ever in locust you have to stop and check them out!

This place was busy on the first morning I went. It is connected to a church and several bible studies were ongoing when I arrived mid-morning. (I was told on my 2nd trip that a men’s group meets there occasionally, and I spoke to a young lady who was a student, completing school work). Still, I was unbothered by anyone. I only ordered tea(then delicious coffee and then a pumpkin chai latte), but there were loads of coffee and tea choices and fresh baked goods.
I went back and had a delicious dark chocolate coconut scone (and I’ve now had one the last two weeks)! Baked locally they told me. So yummy!
Returned a third time and yes, you HAVE to check this place out.

This is the only coffee shop in Locust. That being said, it’s a great coffee shop. Atmosphere is great and plenty of seating. Staff are friendly too.
