GW can be found inside of the Potomac Mills Mall at the food court. I absolutely will be back for more. I fell in love with the Gyro Wrap I got. The food was out fast and efficient. Great flavour on the gyro.

I got a Baja bowl with falafel (odd, I know) and it was so delicious! The lady who helped me was incredibly kind and I loved her accent. Definitely friendly for gluten free/vegetarians and it seems possible for vegans, but I did not look at an allergen menu as I normally do when recommending those options. Very impressed with this food in the mall food court.

Incompetent. Ordered food at 2:30. No one started cooking my order until the second time I asked them about the order. They messed up the lady in front of me order, then proceeded to eat the messed up order. Literally anything else in the mall is better.

Today I went there at 11:45. No one was manning the counter. Last time that I ordered I ended up w rice in my greek bowl after I ordered only the salad and gyro meat. The meat wasn’t its usual crispy pieces. The time before I ordered the Greek bowl and the meat was crispy but only included lettuce instead of the salad. This is the healthiest food in the mall but I am discouraged from ordering anymore.

I remembered my first time trying it with no hesitation! I can tell food there is going to be great and they prove me right. I rate this place 10/10. My favorite meals there are the cheese steaks, chicken tenders and fries. I’d recommend coming here in the mall. Also, I like the free samples, so the free samples is what got me to eat there in the first place. I’d rather pay to support their business than to take free food without trying new experiment. Happy eating!

I shoukd have listened to the reviews. Past by to get Charley’s and GW was giving out samples of there Santa fe wrap. Charley was packed so I decided why not give them a try. I asked for the wrap cheese fries with bacon and they totally messed up my order. When I told the owner he kept playing it off. They put bacon in my wrap and I didn’t ask for it. He refused to make a new one. I ended up trashing it. It was disgusting and they need to hire people who know how to take orders. The food was not good at all. Stay clear. Not worth it. 20 plus dollars for a combo that is not good what so ever!!

Great wraps. Today me and my friends tried different wraps. My favorite was gyro wrap. It was so tasty meat inside,I am a foodie so I know if the meat is fresh or not so this one was a far beyond fresh I can tell and it came along with refreshing tzaiki sauce. I could eat this wrap more than one. Because so yummy. I highly recommend Great Wraps. And for me the hygiene is really important. All the staff were really clean and using the gloves and hats. So it seems they are taking this food business really serious. And the prices are really affordable enough if you compare with others but if you choose to eat healthy and fresh you should definitely try this one. Thanks a lot and keep doing this quality. We will be back soon.

Owner was rude and disrespectful. He talked to me like I am homeless. I had CC to pay for my soda but owner refused to take it and didn’t refill soda at all in hot weather they care about the money not the quality and service. I am never going there again.
