This place was a last option out of the very few in this area. The outside and surrounding area doesn’t have much curb appeal and the place only has 1 bathroom, otherwise the atmosphere works have been 5 stars. Many people came in and out picking up food. This location seems very popular .

So, I’ve visited this area a few times since the Gold Bowl in Vidalia closed, as well as South China in Natchez, and I must say I am very pleased! I always come here and get the beef and broccoli combo. The prices are extremely fair for what you’re getting, and this place deserves more recognition. I didn’t even know it existed until my girlfriend mentioned it to me.

MY BAG WAS SNATCHED OUT OF MY HAND when I asked why my order was missing duck sauce! Very poor customer service. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. The lady took my entire order back that I paid for and started taking items out of the bag. To sum it up they did not put what I paid for in my bag. They have very bad attitudes as if customers should automatically know what’s on the menu. When you ask questions the lady with the low ponytail gets smart but claims that’s how her voice is. I will never order from here again.

I paid for a lunch special ($7.75) with duck sauce and chips (which I was charged extra for). This brought my total to $11. When I made it on the inside they put duck sauce packets in my bag with no chips. When I asked the lady with the deep voice where was my duck sauce and chips that I paid for, she said I asked for duck sauce packets and I would need to pay for more chips and sauce separately. This is when my bag got snatched. So here is a pic of one of the additional charges. It’s not about the price. It’s about the principle of it all because this means I was overcharged, but did not receive the item I paid for. I got my food and left but here is the information.

The cashier/owner was rude and was over talking me as I was trying to explain what I wanted to order. Her English is HORRIBLE! The place is dingy and the workers sanitary practices are poor. GO ELSE WHERE! The WORSE Chinese food I ever had.

I would give a -5 stars if I could. After spending over $40 for two orders, an older lady came rushing from the back only to snatch our food and yell at us for simply asking for another bag for our second order. ♀️ We were going to leave a tip since the lady who answers the phone and usually hands out the food never has an attitude but completely changed our minds and decided to never order there again after the way we had been treated.

I wish I can rate the customer service as a 0 the cashier was so rude .. she even took it as far as saying if I’m new here I don’t need to eat here due to me asking her about a item they sell .I highly recommend that no one eats here ..Normally I void paying attention to the reviews but I see now these reviews are definitely true.
