I ordered from here on door dash and I thought the food was very flavorful. The boneless ribs had a great sauce and were cooked perfect. I enjoyed the fried rice having sprouts in it as well. I will be ordering from here again!

Customer service sucks they never put my sauce in the bag after asked for sauce and asked again was it in there he said yes. get to work no soy sauce and they didn’t care to do anything for the inconvenience.

Still havent let you in to grab food since covid. Food doesnt taste great. Very stingy on sauces lucky if you get any and if you ask for it they give you hard time. Just not good food.

Until they come off the Monroe County health violation list I will not be going back to the restaurant. Always enjoyed the food but until they clean up their violations I will not eat there again. You can check the violations by going to the website for it. Been listed on it the past 4times
Sorry but it’s the truth. Called them out on it and I got hung up on I called back spoke to the manager and told him what was listed he pretended not to know anything about it.

The food I ordered last night was so greasy that it was unedible.
The egg roll was literally dripping grease,
the fried dumplings were even more greasy.
Both items needed to be thrown out. I didn’t try the General Taso chicken because I didn’t want to get sick.
I will never order from them again.
The food used to be great, but that has clearly changed because they were perfectly comfortable sending out food that was so bad. Nope that’s all it takes. There are so many other choices for Chinese food. No point in ordering from a place that doesn’t care at all about what they sell to unwary folks

Sesame Chicken !! with Fried rice BEST IN TOWN !! Portions (pint) perfect for two . Fast service always helpful friendly staff/owners. Especially good 420 favorite!!

After a few recent takeout orders, I can say with certainty that Great Win has demonstrated that they have cut back on ingredients in every dish I have ordered .
This includes , soups, ie, hot & sour, house special, fried rice, mei fun, letc. ingredients are SPARCE at best. Very disappointing! I have mentioned this to the employees , however I believe it’s convenient to pull the language card. When…Don’t plan to order from there again. Three strikes and you’re OUT!

I would not give any stars if it was an option. Food is awful! I miss the original owners! They actually cared about the quality of the food. Now…Chicken wings not fresh…tasted like they were refried from yesterday. The beef in the beef and broccoli clearly was not separated when it was cooked. The meat was clumped together and raw on one side once pulled apart. There was about a half inch of oil/grease that I had to pour off the top and that was the only thing you tasted. What a waste of money…just threw it out. I don’t want anything else from this so called restaurant. Good luck everyone!

No exaggeration. When I opened the container it smelled like spoiled cold cuts, bologna! I tried it anyway. There was barely any flavor. It looked seasoned, but tasted bland. There were a couple clumps of seasoning that weren’t stirred in. I couldn’t eat it. Did a blind person make this? What a waste of my money. Never again.
