During the weekend when the main staff isnt there. The quality of food is not good. Especially for it to be open 1 time a day. The effort on the food isn’t good and the meats are under cooked only on weekends from 11:30-12-30. My turkey sausage used to be pink and cold then when i told the head lady she immediately fried than and fix it which i appreciated but on the weekend staff is just lazy and cooks whatever and however. Doing the week the food is pretty good with great service. One of the best cafeteria foods you can get at community college and the service is amazing.
