The atmosphere was dry , the chicken needs to be fried harder and less grease on the egg rolls , the flavor of the honey garlic wings I ordered was bland with no flavor , for spending over 16 dollars and you wanting a “TIP” the food needs better quality , Thank you God bless have a great day

No food is worth being spoken to this way. I have been ordering from them for 5 years and this guy Ramon was so rude and nasty. Unbelievable !!! He was nasty over eggs lol I paid for 12 (4 in each rice) and it did not have that amount. He doesn’t even care because he says that people love them !!! I guess that gives him a right to speak to me that way. So sad !!! Shame on him !!!

We spent the morning at Lion Country Safari with our tweens and we were all hungry afterward. We stopped in to Great Wall for lunch. The food was fresh and very good. The menu is extensive. The seating is limited but we had the place to ourselves so it didn’t matter. The service was fast and friendly!

We have ordered from this facility for many years. For whatever reason with in the last maybe 6months the food has gotten SO BAD! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but each time it’s just getting worse. My kid even spit it out and said it was disgusting. The sesame chicken has zero flavor and extremely dry. The chicken lo main was way over cooked, extremely oily and some weird citrus flavor to it. I’ve been recently told that they apperently changed chefs . Unfortunately this is the last time I’m trying them. On to the next place !

Coming from NYC I appreciate a true authentic NY Style fast-food Chinese Restaurant like this. I ordered the Kung-Pao Chicken, and egg roll and egg drop soup. Everything was delicious. Made me feel like I was actually at my NYC neighborhood Chinese place, especially with the crispy noodles for the egg drop soup – ONLY in NYC, and now Westlake. Will certainly go again!
