Place an order for lunch today
all went well until I got my food that’s when I realized I didn’t get my rice and they completely got my order wrong I ordered a orange chicken large with white rice along with house fried rice to cheesesteak egg rolls and a 2 l of soda. I did not get my orange chicken I got sweet and sour instead I didn’t get any rice whatsoever and the Philly cheesesteak egg roll of nothing but onion. I place a call and was put on hold for 5 minutes then they hung up on me I called back a few minutes later only to be told I couldn’t get a refund
They ripped me off and refused to make it right. I hope they get shut down due to there incompetence

Had their sweet donuts and fried dumplings. Sooo good. I’m stuffed with some left over very filling. Boyfriend had the jumbo fried shrimp with shrimp fried rice. Also huge portions. Could have used more shrimp in the fried rice but still good. Definitely worth every penny

Ordered delivery I was given yellow rice there was nothing fried about it. My pizza roll was so burnt I couldn’t save it. The breading on my scallops was so thick and mushy and the general tso…I am done…these people cannot cook at all…are yall really Chinese… I feel bamboozled

The female cook looks dirty every time I go in. I went in yesterday for $30 worth of food and two homemade ice teas… BOTH homemade iced teas had floaties in them, gave the stuff both drinks to see for themselves. one worker did admit that he saw the floaties but they still refused to refund me or let me get two canned sodas

Huh… The negative reviews for here surprise me. I’ve been getting take out and delivery from here for over ten years and although the food quality varies at times I feel it’s always above average for taste. I really like the food from here and I recently took a few friends here and they really enjoyed the Lo Mein. I don’t get anything fancy though. Usually just egg rolls or shrimp rolls, pork fried rice, Sweet and sour chicken etc. Still, I never got a bad meal here and service was always good if not exceptional and the prices are average for this type of food. A very good value and a good meal, so a solid 4 stars from me.

All I ordered was soup and somehow was given the incorrect change. When I reminded them of their price on their menu, they spoke briefly amongst eachother then quickly replied “tax!” Even of this was true, between 6 and 8 percent, their calculations were horribly wrong. Rather than embarrass myself arguing with crooks as they pretend not to understand their deceitful agenda, I simply chose not to return. I just wonder how often they get away with these subtle overcharges.

Bad customer service. The lady kept putting me on hold every 2 secs. I couldn’t finish my order. it took literally 15mins to place a small order. I ordered 8 pieces chicken with rice. And i waited 1 hour to call back, come to find out she never place my order. And yelled at me when I tried to explain to her. She said the total was 18.25 and she said my order was to small to deliver.
